Description
Claims (8)
- 荷重緩和要素(11)を有する流体フロー機械の軸推力を補償する機構であって、
前記荷重緩和要素(11)は、協働した回転をするためにシャフト(1)に接続されており、ケーシングに対して固定されたカウンタ要素(12)と共に半径方向流量絞り間隙(13)を形成している、機構において、
前記荷重緩和要素(11)と前記カウンタ要素(12)との間の距離を維持するデバイスが、前記カウンタ要素(12)に配置されており、
前記デバイスが少なくとも1つの力発生要素(14)を有しており、前記デバイスは、軸方向移動可能要素(15)を有し、滑り軸受要素(16)が、前記軸方向移動可能要素(15)に配置されており、前記少なくとも1つの力発生要素(14)は、前記軸方向移動可能要素(15)と前記カウンタ要素(12)との間に配置され、互いに反対方向の力を発生させ、前記軸方向移動可能要素(15)を、前記推進力とは反対方向に移動させるように構成されていることを特徴とする機構。 - 前記力発生要素(14)は、前記カウンタ要素(12)と前記軸方向移動可能要素(15)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の機構。
- 前記カウンタ要素(12)は、前記軸方向移動可能要素(15)のためのガイドを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の機構。
- 少なくとも1つの封止要素(20、22)は、前記軸方向移動可能要素(15)と前記カウンタ要素(12)の間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の機構。
- 前記カウンタ要素(12)は、前記力発生要素(14)が配置されている第1の空間を、前記ケーシングと前記カウンタ要素(12)との間の第2の空間(10)に接続する開口(23)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の機構。
- 請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の流体フロー機械の軸推力を補償する方法において、前記軸推力と反対の力が、カウンタ要素(12)に配置されている力発生要素(14)によって確立されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記反対方向の力が、前記軸方向移動可能要素(15)を軸方向に移動させることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記滑り軸受要素(16)は、前記軸方向の移動によって回転式荷重緩和要素(11)に衝突し、結果として、前記荷重緩和要素(11)と固定カウンタ要素(12)の間の接触が防がれることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
