Claims (4)
- 構成要素から金属性皮膜を剥脱する方法であって、
金属性基材の表面に施工された金属性皮膜を有する構成要素を提供するステップと、
前記金属性皮膜付き構成要素を予め決められた温度において予め決められた量の時間にわたり予め決められた濃度の塩酸とリン酸との混合溶液に浸漬するステップであって、該溶液は前記結合皮膜と反応してスマットを形成する、浸漬するステップと、次いで、
前記構成要素を塩酸とリン酸との前記混合溶液から取り出して、前記スマットを除去するために、前記タービン構成要素を予め決められた量の時間にわたり予め決められた濃度のNaOHの溶液に浸漬するステップと、次いで、
前記塩基性溶液から前記構成要素を取り出して、あらゆる残留スマットを除去するために、前記構成要素を水洗するステップと、次いで、
前記金属性皮膜付き構成要素を予め決められた温度において予め決められた量の時間にわたり2回目の浸漬のために予め決められた濃度の塩酸とリン酸との混合溶液に浸漬するステップであって、該溶液は、あらゆる残余の金属性皮膜と反応してスマットを形成する、浸漬するステップと、次いで、
塩酸とリン酸との前記混合溶液から前記構成要素を取り出して、あらゆる付加的なスマットを除去するために、前記タービン構成要素を予め決められた量の時間にわたり予め決められた濃度のNaOHの溶液に2回目の浸漬として浸漬するステップと、次いで、
前記塩基性溶液から前記構成要素を取り出すステップと
を備えた方法。 - 前記構成要素を前記塩基性溶液から取り出した後に、あらゆる残留スマットを除去するために、前記構成要素を水洗して前記NaOHを中和する付加的なステップをさらに含んでいる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記構成要素を提供した後に、該構成要素のあらゆる冷却孔を先ずマスク処理する付加的なステップと、次いで、
前記アルミナイド結合皮膜の上に位置するあらゆる熱遮蔽皮膜(TBC)を除去するために、前記構成要素をグリット・ブラスト処理する付加的なステップと
をさらに含んでいる請求項1または2に記載の方法。 - 前記1回目の水除去ステップの後に、あらゆる残留スマットを機械的に除去するステップをさらに含んでいる請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の方法。
