Description
本発明による冷蔵庫100は、圧縮、凝縮、膨張及び蒸発の過程からなる冷凍サイクルにより生成された冷気を用いて冷蔵庫本体110の内部に貯蔵された食品を低温に維持する装置である。
ピラー130は、冷蔵庫100のドアの一側に回動可能に設けられ、冷蔵庫100のドア間の間隙を閉塞することにより冷気の漏れを防止する役割を果たす。ピラー130は、第1ドア120と第2ドア121が冷蔵庫本体110に密着したときに第1ドア120と第2ドア121間の間隙を閉塞するように上下方向に延設される。

Claims (10)
- 冷蔵庫の本体及びドアの少なくとも一方における金属からなる表面の内側に配置されるヒータと、
前記ヒータに隣接して配置され、前記本体又は前記ドアに生じる結露を結露が生じる部分から分離された区域で非接触式で検知するセンサ部とを含み、
前記センサ部により検知される結露を前記ヒータの駆動により除去し、
前記センサ部は、
CMC(Carbon-Micro-Coil)を備え、予め設定された距離内に生じる結露に反応して物理的な変化を発生するCMCセンサと、
前記CMCセンサに接続され、前記CMCセンサの物理的な変化による誘電率の測定値を送る電極を備える基板とを含むことを特徴とする冷蔵庫の結露検知及び除去装置。 - 前記センサ部は、前記本体又は前記ドアに結露が生じた場合に変化する誘電率に基づいて結露及び結露量を検知することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫の結露検知及び除去装置。
- 前記ヒータ及び前記センサ部は、結露が生じる部分から離隔して分離された隔壁の内部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫の結露検知及び除去装置。
- 前記本体の前面部及び前記ドアに取り付けられたピラーの前面部の少なくとも一方の内側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫の結露検知及び除去装置。
- 前記センサ部は、前記ピラーの前面部の内部に設けられ、前記ピラーの前面部から空間的に分離されて配置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の冷蔵庫の結露検知及び除去装置。
- 前記本体の前面部及び前記ピラーの前面部は、金属材料からなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の冷蔵庫の結露検知及び除去装置。
- 前記センサ部は、前記本体を構成するアウトケースの内部に設けられ、前記本体の前面部から空間的に分離されて配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫の結露検知及び除去装置。
- 前記ピラーは、上下方向に延設される板状の第1部材と、前記第1部材と結合して内部に空間を形成する第2部材とからなり、
前記センサ部は、前記第1部材の背面の複数箇所に設けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の冷蔵庫の結露検知及び除去装置。 - 前記センサ部による誘電率の測定値が設定値以上になると前記ヒータの動作のために電気的信号を供給する制御部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の冷蔵庫の結露検知及び除去装置。
- 冷蔵庫における本体の前面部及びピラーに生じる結露により変化する誘電率をセンサ部により測定する第1段階と、
前記第1段階で測定された誘電率値と第1基準値とを比較し、前記測定された誘電率値が前記第1基準値より大きい場合、前記本体の前面部及び前記ピラーの前面部の少なくとも一方の内側に配置されたヒータを動作させる第2段階と、
前記第2段階による前記ヒータの動作中に、前記センサ部により誘電率を測定する第3段階と、
前記第3段階で測定された誘電率値と第2基準値とを比較し、前記測定された誘電率値が前記第2基準値より小さい場合、前記ヒータの動作を中止する第4段階とを含み、
前記センサ部は、
CMC(Carbon-Micro-Coil)を備え、予め設定された距離内に生じる結露に反応して物理的な変化を発生するCMCセンサと、
前記CMCセンサに接続され、前記CMCセンサの物理的な変化による誘電率の測定値を送る電極を備える基板とを含むことを特徴とする冷蔵庫の結露検知及び除去装置の制御方法。
