Description
各電池がアノード流れプレートとカソード流れプレートとの間に配置された膜電極接合体を備える、スタック構成の複数の電池と、
そのスタックの各端部における電流コレクタプレートと、
圧縮下でスタックを維持するように構成された圧縮組立体と、を備え、
電流コレクタプレートのうちの少なくとも1つが、そのスタックの最も外側の電池のカソード流れプレートまたはアノード流れプレートに対して配置された第1の面を有するプリント回路板を備え、
その第1の面がそのプリント回路板の基板上に配置された導電層を含む。
Claims (11)
- 燃料電池スタック組立体であって、
各電池がアノード流れプレートとカソード流れプレートとの間に配置された膜電極接合体を備える、スタック構成の複数の電池を備え、各々の前記カソード流れプレートは複数の波形を有する波形板として形成され、前記複数の波形は、前記膜電極接合体のカソード面に露出し、スタックの前面からスタックの後面まで延びる端部開放型の流れチャネルをそれぞれ提供し、前記燃料電池スタック組立体はさらに、
前記スタックの各端部における電流コレクタプレートと、
圧縮下で前記スタックを維持するように構成された圧縮組立体と、を備え、
第1の電流コレクタプレートが、前記スタック内の最も外側の電池のカソード流れプレートに対向して配置された第1の面を有するプリント回路板を備え、
前記第1の電流コレクタプレートの前記第1の面が、前記プリント回路板の基板上に配置された導電層を含み、
第1の電流コレクタプレートの前記第1の面は、前記第1の電流コレクタプレートの前記第1の面に配置された少なくとも1つの電子構成部品をさらに含み、
前記少なくとも1つの電子構成部品は、前記スタックの最も外側のセルの前記カソード流れプレートの前記複数の波形の1つによって提供される端部開放型の流れチャネルを通る気流の温度を監視するセンサを含み、
前記センサは表面実装され、前記プリント回路板上の前記第1の面から上方に突出し、前記端部開放型の流れチャネルに部分的に突出する、燃料電池スタック組立体。 - 前記センサが、サーミスタまたは他の温度センサを備える、請求項1に記載の燃料電池スタック組立体。
- 前記電子構成部品が、前記カソード流れプレートまたは前記アノード流れプレートの隣接面に沿って延びる流れチャネルと整列するように前記プリント回路板上に位置付けられる、請求項1または請求項2に記載の燃料電池スタック組立体。
- 前記電子構成部品が、前記プリント回路板の前記第1の面を超えて前記流れチャネルの体積内に突出するように構成される、請求項3に記載の燃料電池スタック組立体。
- 前記プリント回路板が、前記燃料電池スタック組立体の一面から横方向に外向きに延びるコネクタタブを含み、前記導電層が、前記コネクタタブ上に延びる、請求項1に記載の燃料電池スタック組立体。
- 前記プリント回路板が、前記電子構成部品から、前記燃料電池スタック組立体の一面から横方向に外向きに延びるコネクタタブまで延びる少なくとも1つの導電トラックを含み、前記コネクタタブが、前記電子構成部品への電気接続用の電気端子を提供する、請求項1に記載の燃料電池スタック組立体。
- 前記プリント回路板が、電気絶縁誘電材料から形成される、請求項1に記載の燃料電池スタック組立体。
- 前記スタックの各端部における前記電流コレクタプレートが各々、前記スタック内の最も外側の電池のそれぞれのアノード流れプレートまたはカソード流れプレートに対して配置された第1の面を有するプリント回路板を備える、請求項1に記載の燃料電池スタック組立体。
- 前記プリント回路板の前記第1の面上の前記導電層が、スタック電流コレクタ電極として機能するように構成される、請求項1に記載の燃料電池スタック組立体。
- 前記プリント回路板の第1の面とは反対側の第2の面上に導電トラックをさらに含み、前記導電トラックが、前記プリント回路板の前記第1の面上に実装された1つ以上の電子構成部品への電気接続として機能するように構成される、請求項9に記載の燃料電池スタック組立体。
- 前記電流コレクタプレートのうちの少なくとも1つが、前記スタック構成の前記複数の電池によって画定された前記燃料電池スタック組立体の一面を超えて横方向に延びて、横方向に延びる部分を画定し、前記横方向に延びる部分上に実装された少なくとも1つの電子構成部品をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の燃料電池スタック組立体。
