Description
本発明は、発光ユニットとしてLEDを光源として用いる照明装置に関するものであり、導光板を除去しこれをレジン層に代替して形成するが、反射部材とレジン層との間に突出光学パターンが備えられた光学部材をさらに形成することにより、単純な面発光ではない、幾何学的形状の実現により様々なアプリケーションに適用が可能な照明装置の構造を提供することを要旨とする。
本発明の実施形態によれば、上記レジン層150の存在により、従来の導光板が占めていた厚さを格段に減少させることができることから、製品の薄型化を実現することができ、軟性の性質を有するようになり、屈曲面にも容易に適用できるという利点、デザインの自由度を向上させることができるという利点、及びその他のフレキシブルディスプレイにも応用及び適用が可能であるという利点を有することになる。

Claims (14)
- プリント回路基板と、
上記プリント回路基板上に配置され、第1の光学パターンを含む光学部材と、
上記光学部材を貫通して上記プリント回路基板と電気的に接続される複数の発光ユニットと、
上記光学部材と上記複数の発光ユニットを覆うレジン層と、
上記プリント回路基板と光学部材との間に配置される反射部材と、
上記レジン層上に配置される光学パターン層を含み、
上記光学パターン層は、
上記レジン層の上面に配置される第1の光学シート、
上記第1の光学シートの上に配置される第2の光学シート、
上記第1の光学シートと上記第2の光学シートとの間に配置され、内部に複数の離隔部を含む接着層、および
上記第1の光学シートと上記第2光学シートの間で、上記離隔部内に配置されている第2の光学パターンを含み、
上記第2の光学パターンは、
TiO 2 、CaCO 3 、BaSO 4 、シリコン(silicon)から選ばれるいずれか一つ以上の物質を含む拡散パターン、および
Al又はAlとTiO 2 の混合物を含む遮光パターンを含み、
上記拡散パターン及び上記遮光パターンが重畳構造であり、
上記光学部材の第1の光学パターンは、上記反射部材と対向するように配置されることにより、複数のエアギャップを形成し、
上記拡散パターンの幅及び上記遮光パターンの幅が概略等しい照明装置。 - 上記光学部材は、
複数の単位プリズムレンズパターンを備えたプリズムシート、マイクロレンズアレイシート、及びレンチキュラーレンズシートのいずれか一つ又はこれらの組み合わせからなる請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 上記光学部材の上記第1の光学パターンは、
上記反射部材と接する面に備えられる請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 上記光学部材と上記反射部材との間に接着パターンをさらに含む請求項3に記載の照明装置。
- 上記反射部材上の反射パターンをさらに含む請求項3又は請求項4に記載の照明装置。
- 上記反射パターンは、
TiO2、CaCO3、BaSO4、Al2O3、シリコン(silicon)、PSのうちいずれか一つを含む請求項5に記載の照明装置。 - 上記照明装置は、
上記レジン層の上部に第2の光学部材をさらに含む請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 上記レジン層と上記第2の光学部材との間に第1の離隔部を含む請求項7に記載の照明装置。
- 上記レジン層と上記第2の光学部材は互いに0超過20mm以下で離隔された請求項8に記載の照明装置。
- 上記拡散パターンは、
上記遮光パターンの上面又は下面のうち少なくともいずれか一面に印刷された請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。 - 上記レジン層は、
オリゴマーを含む紫外線硬化樹脂である請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。 - 上記オリゴマーは、
ウレタンアクリレート(Urethane Acrylate)、エポキシアクリレート(Epoxy Acrylate)、ポリエステルアクリレート(Polyester Acrylate)、アクリル酸アクリレート(Acrylic Acrylate)から選ばれるいずれか一つの物質を含む請求項11に記載の照明装置。 - 上記レジン層は、
シリコン(silicon)、シリカ(silica)、グラスバブル(glass bubble)、PMMA、ウレタン(urethane)、Zn、Zr、Al2O3、アクリル(acryl)から選ばれるいずれか一つを含む光拡散体をさらに含む請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。 - 上記発光ユニットは側面型(side view type)発光ダイオードである請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
