- Ca3(Ta1-yNby)(Ga1-xAlx)3Si2O14単結晶(0<x≦1、0≦y≦1)のXZ平面からX軸を中心に15°〜35°の範囲のいずれかの角度で切り出されている振動板を少なくとも1枚備えることを特徴とする圧電振動子。
- 請求項1記載の圧電振動子において、前記振動板に設けられた電極と、前記電極に接続された接続端子とを備えることを特徴とする圧電振動子。
