Description
The present invention relates to a bonding apparatus for bonding metal pieces and ceramic pieces to each other and a bonding method using the same.
For example, when a magnet piece is manufactured, a plurality of magnets close to the net shape (final shape) are prepared by once producing a large magnet piece (sometimes referred to as “temporary magnet piece”) and cutting the temporary magnet piece. A method of obtaining a piece may be employed. This method is more mass-productive than a method of individually producing a molded body close to a net shape and sintering it to produce a magnet piece close to a net shape. However, when this method is employed, at least a step of cutting the temporary magnet pieces into a plurality of magnet pieces is required. In the present specification, the magnet pieces include those that are not magnetized.
When the temporary magnet pieces are cut, from the viewpoint of mass productivity, cutting is performed in a state where a plurality of temporary magnet pieces are fixed together. For the cutting, for example, a saw wire (hereinafter sometimes simply referred to as “wire”) having abrasive grains fixed on the surface of the wire or an outer peripheral blade having diamond abrasive grains fixed to the outer periphery of a disk-shaped base is used.
In the cutting method using the saw wire described in
In the cutting method using an outer peripheral blade or saw wire described in
However, conventionally, the process of fixing the temporary magnet piece with an adhesive has been manual. Therefore, in addition to problems such as poor manufacturing efficiency and high cost, the accuracy of the fixing positions of the plurality of magnet pieces is low, which further reduces the manufacturing efficiency and increases the cost. In the above, the problem in the case of bonding a plurality of temporary magnet pieces to be used in the cutting process (sometimes referred to as temporary bonding) has been described. However, this problem is not limited to temporary magnet pieces, and metal pieces or ceramic pieces. It is a problem that is widely common in adhesion. Hereinafter, an object corresponding to the temporary magnet piece is referred to as a workpiece.

Hereinafter, a structure of a
FIG. 1 shows a schematic side view of a
The
The bonding method according to the embodiment of the present invention can be performed using, for example, the
First, after the process A in which the
Steps A to D are performed at stage S1 in FIG. Of course, the process C and the process D may be further included after the process D and before the process E according to the number of layers on which the
The time required for the process E for heating the
In the bonding method according to the embodiment of the present invention, when the
When the
Next, each of the above steps A to F will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 to 6 showing an apparatus used in each step.
FIG. 2 shows a schematic side view of the
The
The eight chucks 26 included in the
Depending on the relationship between the position where the
In FIG. 3, the schematic diagram of the
Four
The number of the
A
Of the five
With reference to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, in the process C, the
The
In FIG. 5, the schematic diagram of the
The
Each of the
When the heating time is longer than the time for producing the two
Next, in FIG. 6, the schematic diagram of the
The
The two side surfaces of the
Thereafter, the
For example, when the temporary magnet piece described above is used as the
In the cutting process of the
