Claims (2)
- 鋳造用アルミニウム合金の溶湯にフッ化カルシウムを添加することにより、リン化カルシウムを生成する第1の工程と、
前記第1の工程においてリン化カルシウムが生成された前記溶湯に塩化カリウムを添加することにより、該塩化カリウムに前記溶湯内のリン化カルシウムを付着させる第2の工程と、
前記第2の工程においてリン化カルシウムが付着した塩化カリウムを滓として前記溶湯の液面上に浮上させる第3の工程と、
を備え、
前記第1の工程におけるフッ化カルシウムの添加及び前記第2の工程における塩化カリウムの添加は、60重量%〜90重量%のフッ化カルシウムと10重量%〜40重量%の塩化カリウムとによって形成されるフラックスが前記溶湯に散布されることにより実現されることを特徴とする鋳造用アルミニウム合金の脱リン方法。 - 鋳造用アルミニウム合金からリンを除去するために用いられる脱リン用フラックスであって、
60重量%〜90重量%のフッ化カルシウムと10重量%〜40重量%の塩化カリウムとからなることを特徴とする脱リン用フラックス。
