Claims (7)
- トレッド部に複数層のベルト層が埋設された空気入りタイヤにおいて、
前記複数層のベルト層のうち最外周側に位置する最外ベルト層と前記トレッド部の外表面との間のゴム中に、酸化反応により色調が変化する酸化還元指示体を含む劣化判定部材を埋設したことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記劣化判定部材が前記トレッド部のタイヤ幅方向外側端からトレッド幅の1/4の領域内に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記劣化判定部材が前記最外ベルト層からタイヤ径方向外側に10mm以内の領域に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記劣化判定部材が前記酸化還元指示体と該酸化還元指示体を覆う被覆層とからなり、該被覆層が隣接するゴムよりも通気度の低いゴム又は熱可塑性エラストマーから構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記被覆層の厚さを異ならせることで変色速度を異なせた複数の前記劣化判定部材を併用したことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記劣化判定部材が変色後の発色が異なる2種類以上の酸化還元指示体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 請求項1〜6に記載の空気入りタイヤのトレッド部を研削して除去し、前記劣化判定部材を露出させ、その色調の変化を見ることでタイヤの劣化度合を判定することを特徴とする空気入りタイヤの劣化判定方法。
