Claims (4)
- 基準となる基準工具を撮影して基準画像を取得する基準画像取得工程と、
検査対象となる対象工具を撮像して検査対象画像を取得する検査対象画像取得工程と、
前記基準画像と前記検査対象画像を周波数分解して得られる位相成分に基づいて、前記基準画像と前記検査対象画像との相関値を演算する相関値演算工程と、
前記相関値に基づいて前記対象工具の劣化度合を判定する判定工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする工具検査方法。 - 前記相関値演算工程では、前記基準画像と前記検査対象画像に位相限定相関法を適用することによって前記相関値が演算されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工具検査方法。
- 前記相関値演算工程で演算される相関値は、前記基準画像と前記検査対象画像に前記位相限定相関法を適用して得られる位相限定相関関数の最大相関値と、当該最大相関値近傍の相関値と、を加算することによって演算されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の工具検査方法。
- 検査対象となる対象工具を撮像して検査対象画像を取得する検査対象画像取得部と、
基準工具の基準画像と前記検査対象画像を周波数分解して得られる位相成分に基づいて、前記基準画像と前記検査対象画像との相関値を演算する相関値演算部と、
前記相関値に基づいて前記対象工具の劣化度合を判定する判定部と、
を備えることを特徴とする工具検査装置。
