第1非復帰型接点素子が接点を開くことによって転流する電流によってPTC素子がトリップした場合、それによって発生する熱によって第2非復帰型接点素子が接点を開くことを特徴とする。

Claims (6)
- PTC素子およびそれに対して電気的に並列に接続された第1非復帰型接点素子を有して成る保護デバイスであって、
第2非復帰型接点素子がPTC素子に対して電気的に直列に接続され、かつ、第2非復帰型接点素子が第1非復帰型接点素子に対して並列に接続され、
第1非復帰型接点素子が接点を開くことによって転流する電流によってPTC素子がトリップする場合、それにより発生する熱によって第2非復帰型接点素子が接点を開くこと
を特徴とする保護デバイスであり、
第1非復帰型接点素子および第2非復帰型接点素子が、ヒューズ素子およびバイメタル素子からなる群より選ばれ、
バイメタル素子は、その復帰温度が使用可能温度より低く、
バイメタル素子が回路を一旦開くと、使用可能温度内の温度で使用される限り復帰することなく接点を開いた状態を維持する、保護デバイス。 - 非復帰型接点素子は、いずれもヒューズ素子であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護デバイス。
- 非復帰型接点素子は、いずれもバイメタル素子であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護デバイス。
- 一方の非復帰型接点素子がバイメタル素子であり、他方の非復帰型接点素子がヒューズ素子であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護デバイス。
- 熱源を更に有して成り、第1非復帰型接点素子は、熱源の熱影響下にある請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の保護デバイス。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の保護デバイスを有する電気装置。
