Claims (8)
- 바이메탈 스위치 및 PTC 소자를 포함하는 회로 보호 디바이스로서,상기 바이메탈 스위치와 상기 PTC 소자는, 전기적으로 병렬로 접속되고,상기 PTC 소자는, 회로 보호 디바이스를 내장할 전기 회로의 정격 전압 및 정격 전류에 기초하여 식 (1)정격 전압/정격 전류=고유 저항값 … (1)에 의해 산출되는 회로의 고유 저항값의 1.1배 이하의 동작 후 저항값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 보호 디바이스.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 PTC 소자는, 상기 고유 저항값의 0.9배 이하의 동작 후 저항값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 보호 디바이스.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 PTC 소자는, 상기 고유 저항값의 0.4배 이하의 동작 후 저항값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 보호 디바이스.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 PTC 소자는, 상기 고유 저항값의 3분의 2 이하의 기준 저항값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 보호 디바이스.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 PTC 소자는, 상기 바이메탈 스위치의 저항값의 적어도 10배의 기준 저항값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 보호 디바이스.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 PTC 소자는, 상기 바이메탈 스위치의 저항값의 적어도 100배의 저항값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 보호 디바이스.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 PTC 소자는, 폴리머 PTC 소자인 회로 보호 디바이스.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 회로 보호 디바이스를 포함하는 전기 회로.
