Description
本発明の高度に叩解されたセルロース繊維は高度に叩解されたマニラ麻繊維(これは優れた結果を与えることが分かっている)を含むことが特に好ましい。
さらに、このフィルター材料は、従来の製紙工程により容易に製造でき、高い材料を必要とせず、非常に良い費用効率で製造できる。さらに、このフィルター材料は加工されて、従来の包装機械により茶やコーヒーのような抽出材料が充填され、ティーバッグやコーヒーパッドやポッドのような、大量生産製品に非常に良く適合する。
以下の実施例に示される組成をもち、さらに0.6重量%の量で濡れ強化剤を含むフィルター材料が実験用シート製造機(Rapid-Kothen)により製造された。
(Kelheim Fibres GmbH、ドイツからから入手可能なLeonardo)
高度に叩解されたセルロース繊維:ホランダーの中で約55SRの叩解度に叩解されたマニラ麻繊維(Newtech Pulp株式会社、フィリピンからから入手可能なGa-Una Blue)
結合剤:スチレン/アクリル酸n-ブチルコポリマー(BASF SE ドイツから入手可能なAcronal S728 )
空気透過性(Akustron):”アクストロン 空気透過性試験機(Thwing-AlberyInstrument 会社製)
乾燥引っ張り強さ:ISO 1924-2による
伸長度:ISO 1924-2による
透明度: 波長445nmで分光光度計”CADAS 200”(Dr. Bruno Lange GmbH & Co., KG)を使用
先に示したような、透明な繊維と高度に叩解されたセルロース繊維を、表1に示された比率で含み、さらに上記のように7重量%の量で結合剤、0.6重量%の量で濡れ強化剤を含むフィルター材料が製造された。結果は表2に示されている。
Claims (14)
- 透明なビスコース繊維を抽出飲料用フィルター材料全体に対して20〜95重量%、及び叩解度が30から80°SR(ショッパーリーグラー)の範囲に叩解されたセルロース繊維を抽出飲料用フィルター材料全体に対して5〜80重量%、含む抽出飲料用フィルター材料。
- さらに1以上の結合剤を含む請求項1の抽出飲料用フィルター材料。
- 請求項1または2の抽出飲料用フィルター材料であって、前記透明なビスコース繊維は、平らな断面をもつビスコース繊維である、抽出飲料用フィルター材料。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1の請求項の抽出飲料用フィルター材料であって、前記セルロース繊維は叩解度が30から80°SR(ショッパーリーグラー)の範囲に叩解されたマニラ麻繊維である、抽出飲料用フィルター材料。
- 請求項2から4のいずれか1の請求項の抽出飲料用フィルター材料であって、前記1以上の結合剤は1以上の合成結合剤を含むものである、抽出飲料用フィルター材料。
- 請求項5の抽出飲料用フィルター材料であって、前記1以上の合成結合剤はスチレン/アクリレートコポリマー、特にスチレン/アクリル酸n-ブチルコポリマーを含むものである、抽出飲料用フィルター材料。
- 請求項2から4のいずれか1の請求項の抽出飲料用フィルター材料であって、前記1以上の結合剤は1以上の生物由来の結合剤を含むものである、抽出飲料用フィルター材料。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか1の請求項の抽出飲料用フィルター材料であって、さらにポリエチレンパルプを含むものである、抽出飲料用フィルター材料。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1の請求項の抽出飲料用フィルター材料であって、前記抽出飲料用フィルター材料は茶又はコーヒーに適しているものである、抽出飲料用フィルター材料。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1の請求項の抽出飲料用フィルター材料であって、前記抽出飲料用フィルター材料はヒートシールできるものである、抽出飲料用フィルター材料。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1の請求項の抽出飲料用フィルター材料であって、前記抽出飲料用フィルター材料はヒートシールできないものである、抽出飲料用フィルター材料。
- 透明な繊維を含む抽出飲料用フィルター材料を製造する方法であって、透明なビスコース繊維を抽出飲料用フィルター材料全体に対して20〜95重量%、及び叩解度が30から80°SR(ショッパーリーグラー)の範囲に叩解されたセルロース繊維を抽出飲料用フィルター材料全体に対して5〜80重量%含むものが使用されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項12の方法であって、さらに前記抽出飲料用フィルター材料をホットエンボッシングする工程を含む、方法。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか1の請求項の抽出飲料用フィルター材料から作られたティーバッグまたはコーヒーパッドまたはポッド。
