Description
これによって、トランジションピースが適切に冷却されず、燃焼ガスの高い温度によって破損する危険性があり、ガスタービンの効率が低下し、ガスタービンの寿命が短くなる。
前記ガイド部は、前記衝突スリーブの内側に突出する形態で形成される。
前記ガイド部は、前記トランジションピースの側面に向かって傾斜したテーパ面をなして突出する形態で形成される。
前記ガイド部は、前記衝突スリーブの内側に段差をなして形成される。
前記ガイド部の段差は、階段形状を有することを特徴とする。
前記ガイド部の段差は、曲線状の輪郭形状を有することを特徴とする。
これによって、トランジションピースの冷却効率が改善されるので、燃焼ガスの高い温度によってトランジションピース組立体が破損する危険性が低下し、ガスタービンの効率が高くなり、ガスタービンの寿命が伸びるという効果がある。
まず、図1〜図3を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態に係るトランジションピース組立体およびこれを含む燃焼器の構造を説明する。
前記燃焼器1から出た高温・高圧の燃焼ガスはタービン(図示せず)側に流入して膨張しながらタービンの回転翼に衝動力・反動力を与えてこれを機械的エネルギーに変換する。前記機械的エネルギーの一部は圧縮機で空気を圧縮するのに必要なエネルギーとして供給され、前記機械的エネルギーの残りは発電機を駆動するのに用いられて電力を発電する。

Claims (8)
- 燃焼器ライナーとタービンとを連結するトランジションピースと、
前記トランジションピースを取り囲んでいる衝突スリーブと、
冷却用の空気の通気口として前記衝突スリーブに形成される複数の冷却ホールと、
前記衝突スリーブの内側に形成され、前記複数の冷却ホールを介して供給される前記空気をトランジションピースの両側面に向かって誘導するための複数のガイド部と、
を含むトランジションピース組立体。 - 前記ガイド部は、前記冷却ホールの付近に形成される請求項1に記載のトランジションピース組立体。
- 前記ガイド部は、前記衝突スリーブの内側に突出して形成される請求項1または2に記載のトランジションピース組立体。
- 前記ガイド部は、前記トランジションピースの側面に向かって傾斜したテーパ面をなして突出して形成される請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のトランジションピース組立体。
- 前記ガイド部は、前記衝突スリーブの内側に段差をなして形成される請求項1または2に記載のトランジションピース組立体。
- 前記ガイド部の段差は、階段形状を有する請求項5に記載のトランジションピース組立体。
- 前記ガイド部の段差は、曲線状の輪郭形状を有するように構成される請求項5に記載のトランジションピース組立体。
- 圧縮空気を燃料と混合して燃焼させるための燃焼器ライナーと、
請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のトランジションピース組立体と、
を含む燃焼器。
