Claims (8)
- 送信部及び受信部を備えるマスターモジュールと、
前記送信部から送信される信号を受信し、それに対応する信号を前記受信部に送信する一つ以上のスレーブモジュールと、
前記マスターモジュールとスレーブモジュールとの間におけるアナログの送信信号をデジタル信号に変換する信号変換モジュールと、
前記信号変換モジュールを制御し、前記デジタル信号に基づいて、前記マスターモジュールとスレーブモジュールとの間における送信信号の異常有無を判断する制御モジュールと、を含み、
前記制御モジュールは、
前記デジタル信号の最大値がハイレベル電圧値以上であり、前記デジタル信号の最小値がローレベル電圧値以下であると、ノイズ不良に伴うエラーがあると判断し、及び、
前記デジタル信号の最大値がハイレベル電圧値未満であり、前記デジタル信号の最小値がローレベル電圧値を超えると、通信線路不良に伴うエラーがあると判断する、PLC用通信システム。 - 前記制御モジュールは、
前記デジタル信号に歪み波形が存在すると、終端抵抗不良であると判断することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のPLC用通信システム。 - 前記制御モジュールにより行われた送信信号の異常有無の判断結果をディスプレイするディスプレイモジュールをさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載のPLC用通信システム。
- 前記ディスプレイモジュールは、前記制御モジュールの判断に対応して、ノイズ不良、通信線路不良、または終端抵抗不良の何れか一つ以上の形態で、前記送信信号の異常形態を表示することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のPLC用通信システム。
- スレーブモジュールの局番を選択するステップと、
前記選択されたスレーブモジュールに送信データを送信するステップと、
前記送信データを送信信号に変換し、前記送信信号が正常であるか否かを判断するステップと、
前記スレーブモジュールからアナログの信号を受信するステップと、
前記受信信号をデジタル信号に変換し、このデジタル信号に基づいて前記受信信号が正常であるか否かを判断するステップと、を含み、
前記デジタル信号に基づいて前記受信信号が正常であるか否かを判断することにおいて、
前記デジタル信号の最大値がハイレベル電圧値以上であり、前記デジタル信号の最小値がローレベル電圧値以下であると、ノイズ不良に伴うエラーが前記受信信号にあると判断し、及び、
前記デジタル信号の最大値がハイレベル電圧値未満であり、前記デジタル信号の最小値がローレベル電圧値を超えると、通信線路不良に伴うエラーが前記受信信号にあると判断する、PLCシステムにおける通信方法。 - 前記受信信号が正常であると、ACK信号が正常であるか否かを判断するステップをさらに含む、請求項5に記載のPLCシステムにおける通信方法。
- 前記ACK信号が正常であると通信を終了し、前記ACK信号が異常であると、エラーが発生したと判断し、通信を終了するステップをさらに含む、請求項6に記載のPLCシステムにおける通信方法。
- 前記受信信号が異常であると、エラーが発生したと判断し、通信を終了するステップをさらに含む、請求項5乃至7の何れか一項に記載のPLCシステムにおける通信方法。
