Description
(第1混合段階)
混合する前に、230−270リットルの接線式回転ミキサーに、架橋可能なポリマー基材と、カーボンブラックの一部(配合物に用いる総量の50〜70%)とを、66〜72%の充填率まで装填した。
第1段階からの混合物に、カーボンブラックの残りと、メチレンアクセプター化合物と、ヒドラジン由来樹脂(必要ならば)を加えた。前記ミキサーを40〜60rpmの速度で操作し、得られた混合物を温度130〜150℃に達したところで取り出した。
第2段階からの混合物に、硬化剤と、必要ならばメチレンドナー化合物とを、充填率63〜67%まで加えた。
Claims (7)
- 架橋可能な不飽和鎖のポリマー基材と、補強性充填材と、硬化剤と、を含むタイヤの構造部品の配合物であって、
該配合物は、補強性樹脂混合物を含み、該補強性樹脂混合物は、(a)メチレンドナー化合物と組み合わされたメチレンアクセプター樹脂と、(b)ヒドラジド由来樹脂と、を含み、
前記補強性充填材は、窒素吸着で測定した表面積(N 2 SA)が100〜150m2/gのカーボンブラック20〜80重量%及び窒素吸着で測定した表面積(N 2 SA)が33〜49m2/gのカーボンブラック80〜20重量%の混合物を含み、
前記補強性樹脂混合物を2〜20phr、前記カーボンブラックを合計で20〜70phr含むことを特徴とする、配合物。 - 前記メチレンアクセプター樹脂が、フェノール−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂であり、前記メチレンドナー化合物が、ヘキサメトキシメチルメラミンであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の配合物。
- 前記補強性樹脂混合物は、フェノール−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂を20〜80重量%、ヒドラジド由来樹脂を20〜80重量%含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の配合物。
- 前記ヒドラジド由来樹脂は、2−ヒドロキシ−N’−(1−メチルエチリデン)−3−ナフトエ酸ヒドラジド、2−ヒドロキシ−N’−(1−メチルプロピリデン)−3−ナフトエ酸ヒドラジド、2−ヒドロキシ−N’−(1−メチルブチリデン)−3−ナフトエ酸ヒドラジド、2−ヒドロキシ−N’−(1,3−ジメチルブチリデン)−3−ナフトエ酸ヒドラジド、2−ヒドロキシ−N’−(2,6−ジメチル−4−ヘプチリデン)−3−ナフトエ酸ヒドラジド、N’−(1−メチルエチリデン)−サリチル酸ヒドラジド、N’−(1−メチルプロピリデン)−サリチル酸ヒドラジド、N’−(1−メチルブチリデン)−サリチル酸ヒドラジド、N’−(1,3−ジメチルブチリデン)−サリチル酸ヒドラジド、及びN’−(2,6−ジメチル−4−ヘプチリデン)−サリチル酸ヒドラジドを含む群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の配合物。
- 前記架橋可能な不飽和鎖のポリマー基材は、天然ゴム40〜80phrと、ブタジエンゴム、スチレン−ブタジエンゴム、及びイソプレンゴムを含む群の中の合成ゴム20〜60phrと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の配合物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の配合物から作られたタイヤの構造部品であって、
トレッドアンダーレイヤー、トレッドベース、ビードフィラー、摩耗ゴムストリップ、及びサイドウォールを含む群に属することを特徴とする、構造部品。 - 請求項6に記載の構造部品を備えるタイヤ。
