Description
−ダウコーニング1−0543(現在はDC220)、Tg=49℃、粘度(140℃時)9.8ポアズ;
−ダウコーニングZ−6018Tg=48℃、粘度(140℃時)14.1ポアズ。
本発明は、有害でなく、汚染がない耐高温性粉体被覆の組成物を提供する。基材、特に形状のある基材に塗布されるとき、組成物は硬化して、基材表面に耐高温性被覆を形成することができる。また、本発明は、基材を被覆するための本発明の組成物の使用、ならびに本発明の組成物で被覆された基材も提供する。
1)本発明の組成物は、耐熱性、脆性、耐割れ性、及び基材からの耐剥離/耐薄片の点で優れた性能を有する被覆を形成することができる。これにより、組成物は、高温の環境で動作する組立品、例えば、自動車排気部品、バーベキューグリル、コンロ要素での使用に非常に適したものになる;
2)本発明の組成物は環境に優しい。その理由は、有機溶媒がないため、有害でなく、汚染がないからである;
3)本発明の組成物は調製も使用も容易である。したがって、本発明は大規模な生産での適用に便利である。
実施例において、表1に一覧にした原料を用いた。
様々な粉末被覆組成物を、表2に一覧にした成分をブレンドすることにより調製した。次に、上記ブレンドした材料を二軸スクリュー押出機に通し、これにより材料を溶融し、さらに混合した。押出物を、冷却したローラー間を通過させることによって固化し、その後、薄片に断片化した。次に、薄片をミルで粉砕した。生じた粉末を80メッシュのふるいに通して粗い粒子を除いた。
手順1(熱暴露)
サンプルを炉内で550℃まで加熱し、その温度で5時間保持する。この5時間の後、サンプルを炉から取り出し、周囲条件で室温まで徐冷する。
手順2(熱サイクル)
サンプルを炉内で550℃まで加熱し、その温度で1時間保持する。次いで、冷水中で急冷する。次に、この処理をさらに9回繰り返す(したがって、合計で10回の加熱サイクル。
等級5Bは完全な等級であり、被覆が取り除かれている必要はない。
等級0Bは、被覆の65%以上が取り除かれたことを示しているであろう。それによって、被覆の基材に対する不十分な付着性を示している。最低限許容される付着性等級は3Bである。
様々な試験の結果を表3に示す。
Claims (14)
- 異なるガラス転移温度を有する少なくとも2つのシリコーン樹脂又は異なるガラス転移温度及び異なる溶融粘度を有する少なくとも2つのシリコーン樹脂、補強充填材、ならびに任意選択の添加剤を含み、ヒドロキシル官能基、酸官能基、アミン官能基またはグリシジル官能基を有するアクリル樹脂である二官能性樹脂及びマイカ含有充填材をさらに含み、
第1のシリコーン樹脂が40℃から50℃の範囲のTgを有し、及び第2のシリコーン樹脂が55℃から80℃の範囲のTgを有し、エトキシ活性基、カルボキシル基、無水物基、ヒドロキシル基、ハロゲン基、シアノ基、アミド基又はスルホネート基から選択される基を有する接着促進剤を含む、粉末被覆組成物。 - 前記少なくとも2つのシリコーン樹脂が、2:1から1:2の間の重量比で存在し、かつ、前記樹脂成分の重量に基づいて、60重量%を超え、100重量%を下回る総量で存在する第1のシリコーン樹脂及び第2のシリコーン樹脂を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の粉末被覆組成物。
- 前記二官能性樹脂が、前記樹脂成分の重量に基づいて、15〜25重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の粉末被覆組成物。
- 前記二官能性樹脂が、ヒドロキシル官能基及びグリシジル官能基を有するアクリル樹脂である、請求項1に記載の粉末被覆組成物。
- 前記接着促進剤が、エトキシ活性基を持つポリマーである、請求項1に記載の粉末被覆組成物。
- 前記接着促進剤が、前記樹脂成分の全重量に基づいて、0.1から5.0重量%の間の量で存在する請求項5に記載の粉末被覆組成物。
- 細長い形状を有し、1つの寸法ともう1つの寸法の比が15〜35の範囲内である補強充填材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の粉末被覆組成物。
- 前記補強充填材の1つの寸法ともう1つの寸法の比が20〜30の範囲内である、請求項7に記載の粉末被覆組成物。
- 前記補強充填材が700℃以上の融点を有する、請求項8に記載の粉末被覆組成物。
- 前記補強充填材が、ガラス、金属、鉱物、メタケイ酸カルシウムの薄片、又はその組み合わせからなる群から選択される繊維又は薄片材料である、請求項8に記載の粉末被覆組成物。
- 前記マイカ含有充填材が、前記樹脂成分の重量に基づいて、45〜100重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の粉末被覆組成物。
- 前記シリコーン樹脂が、少なくとも5℃互いに異なるガラス転移温度(T g )を有し、及び/又は、140℃で測定したとき、少なくとも5ポアズ互いに異なる溶融粘度を有する、請求項1に記載の粉末被覆組成物。
- 基材上に被覆を形成するための、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の粉末被覆組成物の使用。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の硬化層で被覆された基材。
