Description
Claims (10)
- ラジアル型のシリンダを有する液圧マシン(1,31,50)であって、マシン本体内でシリンダ−ピストンのユニットをクラウン状又は星型に配列したラジアル型の振動シリンダ(2,32,51)を備え、前記ユニットのピストンは、クランクシャフト(3)又はカム(34)又は同心状に配置した介在部材上で摺動可能に、また前記振動シリンダ内で往復運動するよう形成し、1個の分配器が対応の前記振動シリンダの振動面に対して同心状の又は対応する分配面に存在する、該液圧マシンであり、前記振動シリンダは、分配面(16,55,78)に接触するようにし、分配器本体(11,56,75)は、前記分配面(16,55,78)に配置し、前記振動シリンダの振動面に対して前記マシン本体とは別個に配置し、かつ前記液圧マシンの前記マシン本体における、又は前記マシン本体に固着した部分における着座部(10,46,88)内に収容し、さらに、各分配器本体は、前記分配器本体の背面の液体密ゾーンに作用するとともに分配時に前記ラジアル型の振動シリンダ(2,32,51,70,72)の分配面(16,55,78)を押圧する液体の圧力の作用の下に、前記着座部内で移動可能とすることを特徴とする、液圧マシン。
- 請求項1記載の液圧マシンにおいて、前記分配器本体(11,56,75)の前記分配面に対する各背面は、前記液圧液体の供給/排出の運動方向に従って等しい面積を有する液体密ゾーン(14,15又は80,82)に分割して、液体密性に影響を受けないようにする、液圧マシン。
- 請求項2記載の液圧マシンにおいて、前記分配器本体(75)の前記背面の前記液体密ゾーンは、同心状に形成し、また中心ゾーン(80)及び周辺ゾーン(82)に区分する、液圧マシン。
- 請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項記載の液圧マシンにおいて、各振動シリンダは、液圧回路の分岐部を分配ポート(79,81)の対における一方又は他方の分配ポートに接続して前記液圧回路の分岐部を接続させる1対のスリット(76)を有し、シリンダ軸線(D)に対して、前記振動シリンダが前記液圧マシンに対して許容される動作における最大振動に対応する角度位置に2対のスリット対が介在するようスリット対を形成する、液圧マシン。
- 請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項記載の液圧マシンにおいて、前記液体密ゾーンと、対応するポート(17,18)若しくはポート対(79,81)との間における接続部には、所定断面を有する孔を形成する、液圧マシン。
- 請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項記載の液圧マシンにおいて、各振動シリンダ(2,51又は70)は、対応する分配器本体によって液圧液体を供給及び排出する環状チャネル(7,8又は57,58)に液圧的に接続する、液圧マシン。
- 請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項記載の液圧マシンにおいて、各振動シリンダ(32)は、対応する分配器本体によって静止中心本体(40)から液圧液体を供給及び排出する内部チャネル(38,39)に液圧的に接続する、液圧マシン。
- 請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一項記載の液圧マシンにおいて、前記分配器本体の供給ポート又は排出ポート(92,93)は、液圧液体分配通過の通路開閉における先行突出部(91)又は遅延突出部(94)を有する、液圧マシン。
- 請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一項記載の液圧マシンにおいて、ポート(96)は前記振動シリンダのスリット(6)に対向して、膨出部(98)を有する端縁を形成し、減少した変位量で動作する液圧モータにおける振動角度変動に従って、液圧液体が通過する通路断面を可変にする、液圧マシン。
- 請求項1記載の液圧マシンにおいて、前記液圧マシンは、振動を案内する各トラニオン(52,53)における接続チャネル(54)と、各トラニオンの単一の分配器本体における対応する単一のポートに対面する対応の分配スリットとを有し、前記液圧マシンはトラニオン及びシリンダの振動面に対応する分配面を有する、液圧マシン。
