Description
− DAMNはジアミノマレオニトリルを示し、式(I):
によって表される。
− 化合物(II)は、以下の拡張された一般式によって表される。該化合物は、芳香族環が6個の原子を含む場合には(IIa)、5個の原子を有する芳香族環については(IIb)と示される。
− 二環式イミダゾール化合物(III)は、以下の拡張された一般式によって表される。該化合物は、芳香族サイクルが6個の原子を含む場合には(IIIa)、5個の原子を含む芳香族環については(IIIb)と示される。
− 二環式イミダゾール化合物(IV)の塩は、以下の拡張された一般式によって表される。該塩は、芳香族環が6個の原子を含む場合には(IVa)、5個の原子を含む芳香族環については(IVb)と示される。
− 化合物(V)は、以下の拡張された一般式によって表される。該化合物は、芳香族環が6個の原子を含む場合には(Va)、5個の原子を含む芳香族環については(Vb)と示される。
二環式イミダゾリド(IV)は、イミダゾール化合物(III)から、後者を塩基AZ[Aは上記と同じ意味を有し、且つZは、水素化物、水酸化物又は炭酸アニオンを表す]と反応させることによって調製され得る。好ましくは、AZは、水素化リチウム、炭酸リチウム、水酸化リチウム、水素化ナトリウム、炭酸ナトリウム、水酸化ナトリウム及びこれらの組み合わせから選択される。
III+AZ→IV+AH (1)
DAMN+II→III+H2O+YH (2)
DAMN+II→V+YH (2−1)
V→III+H2O (2−2)
式(IV)の化合物は、それらを適切な溶媒に溶解することにより、電解質の調製において使用することができる。
Claims (25)
- 以下の拡張された一般式(IVa)によって表される二環式イミダゾール化合物の塩:
IVa
[式中、Aは一価のカチオンを表し、且つXは、独立に、炭素原子、酸素原子、硫黄原子、リン原子又は窒素原子を表し、少なくとも1のXは窒素原子を表す]。 - 前記一価のカチオンAが、アルカリ金属であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の塩。
- 前記アルカリ金属が、リチウム又はナトリウムから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の塩。
- Xが、炭素、リン又は窒素原子を表すことを特徴とする、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の塩。
- 前記炭素又は前記窒素又は前記リンが、0.7から1の間のハメットパラメータを有する電子求引又は電子供与基によって置換されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の塩。
- 前記電子求引又は電子供与基が、シアノ(CN)基、R1基、OR1型のエーテル基、N(R1)2型のアミノ基、CO2R1型のエステル基、SO2R1型のスルホニル基又はPO2R1型のホスホニル基[ここで、R1は、式CnHmX’pを有し、nは0から6の間であり、mは0から13の間であり、X’はハロゲン(F、Cl、Br及びI)であり、且つpは1から13の間である]から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の塩。
- 前記電子求引又は電子供与基が、水素、フッ素、シアノ(CN)基、トリフルオロメチル(CF3)基、トリフルオロメトキシ(OCF3)基又はメトキシ(OCH3)基から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の塩。
- 以下の式によって表される請求項1に記載の塩:
。 - 以下の拡張された一般式(IVa)によって表される二環式イミダゾール化合物の塩:

[式中、Aは一価のカチオンを表し、且つXは、独立に、炭素原子、酸素原子、硫黄原子、リン原子又は窒素原子を表し、少なくとも1のXは窒素原子を表す]
の調製のための方法であって、
イミダゾール化合物(IIIa):
[式中、Xは上記と同じ意味を有する]
を、塩基AZ[Aは上記と同じ意味を有し、且つZは、水素化物、水酸化物又は炭酸アニオンを表す]と反応させることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記塩基AZが、水素化リチウム、炭酸リチウム、水酸化リチウム、水素化ナトリウム、炭酸ナトリウム、水酸化ナトリウム及びこれらの組み合わせから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記イミダゾール化合物(IIIa)が、ジアミノマレオニトリルを式(IIa):
[式中、Xは上記と同じ意味を有し、且つYは、塩素原子、OCORf基[ここで、Rfは、式(IIa)中のXを含む芳香族環と同じ芳香族環を表す]又はOR’基[ここで、R’は、1個又は複数のフッ素原子によって置換されていてもよい1から5個の炭素原子のアルキル基を表す]を表す]
の芳香族環状酸誘導体と反応させることによって取得されることを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。 - (i)ジアミノマレオニトリルを、式(IIa)の芳香族環状酸誘導体と、0から80℃の間の温度T1で、任意選択的に溶媒の存在下で反応させて、式(Va):
[式中、Xは上記と同じ意味を有する]
の化合物を得る段階、続いて(ii)式(Va)の化合物を、T2>T1である温度T2での熱処理に供する段階を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記温度T1が10から50℃までの温度であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記温度T1が20から30℃までの温度であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記温度T2が、T1よりも、少なくとも10℃だけ、又は少なくとも20℃だけ、又は少なくとも30℃だけ、又は少なくとも40℃だけ、又は少なくとも50℃だけ、又は少なくとも60℃だけ、又は少なくとも70℃だけ高いことを特徴とする、請求項12から14の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 段階(ii)が、中間精製なしに、前記第一段階の直後に行われることを特徴とする、請求項12から15の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 段階(i)が、溶媒の存在下で行われることを特徴とする、請求項12から16の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒が、ジオキサン、トルエン、アセトニトリル又はジメチルホルムアミドから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 段階(ii)が、酸触媒の存在下で行われることを特徴とする、請求項12から18の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸触媒が、トリフルオロ酢酸、酢酸又は安息香酸から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記温度T2が、前記溶媒の沸点に対応することを特徴とする、請求項17から20の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 電池用の電解質成分としての、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の塩の使用。
- 請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の塩に加えて、LiPF6、LiBF4、CF3COOLi、CF3SO2Li、LiTFSI(リチウムビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミド)、LiFSI(リチウムビス(フルオロスルホニル)イミド)、LiTDI(リチウム4,5-ジシアノ-2-(トリフルオロメチル)イミダゾリド)及びLiPDI(リチウム4,5-ジシアノ-2-(ペンタフルオロエチル)イミダゾリド)から選択される少なくとも1つの塩を含む、電解質組成物。
- 前記塩が、溶媒に溶解されていることを特徴とする、請求項22に記載の使用。
- 前記溶媒が、カーボネート、ニトリル又はグリムから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項24に記載の使用。
