Claims (12)
- アブソリュート式に位置を測定するための電磁誘導式エンコーダであって、この電磁誘導式エンコーダは、1つのスケール装置(1,100)と1つの走査装置(2,2.1)とを有し、
・前記スケール装置(1,100)は、測定方向(X)に延在する1つの第1測定目盛(11)と、この第1測定目盛(11)に対して平行に延在し、この第1測定目盛(11)に対向する1つの第2測定目盛(12)とを有し、
・前記走査装置(2,2.1)は、前記第1測定目盛(11)と前記第2測定目盛(12)との間の隙間内に配置されていて、位置を測定するために前記スケール装置(1,100)に対して測定方向(X)に移動可能であり、前記走査装置(2,2.1)は、前記第1測定目盛(11)を走査し、第1の位置に依存する第1走査信号(S1,S11)を生成するために1つの第1コイル装置(21)を有し、前記走査装置(2,2.1)は、前記第2測定目盛(12)を走査し、第2の位置に依存する第2走査信号(S2,S21)を生成するために前記第1コイル装置(21)に対向する1つの第2コイル装置(22)を有し、
軟磁性材料から成る少なくとも1つの中間層(6,6.1)が、前記第1コイル装置(21)と前記第2コイル装置(22)との間に配置されている当該電磁誘導式エンコーダ。 - 前記中間層(6)は、軟磁性コア(7)と、この軟磁性コア(7)の両面上に配置された非導電性の複数の軟磁性層(8,9)とから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁誘導式エンコーダ。
- 前記コア(7)は、導電性の軟磁性金属から成る請求項2に記載の電磁誘導式エンコーダ。
- 前記コア(7)の透磁率は、2つの前記層(8,9)の透磁率よりも大きい請求項2又は3に記載の電磁誘導式エンコーダ。
- 複数の前記層(8,9)はそれぞれ、軟磁性粒子が封入されている非導電性のマトリックス材料を含む請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電磁誘導式エンコーダ。
- 前記コア(7)は、鋼から成り、複数の前記層(8,9)がそれぞれ、フラックス・フィールド・ディレクショナル・マテリアルから成るフィルムである請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電磁誘導式エンコーダ。
- 前記中間層(6.1)は、μメタルを含む請求項1に記載の電磁誘導式エンコーダ。
- 前記第1測定目盛(11)は、第1目盛周期(P1)を有する周期的なインクリメンタル目盛であり、前記第2測定目盛(12)は、前記第1目盛周期(P1)と僅かに異なる、第2目盛周期(P2)を有する周期的なインクリメンタル目盛であり、絶対位置測定が、バーニヤスケール原理に基づく請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の電磁誘導式エンコーダ。
- 前記第1コイル装置(21)と前記第2コイル装置(22)とはそれぞれ、1つの励磁巻線(210,220)に割り当てられた前記測定目盛(11,12)の複数の目盛周期を同時に走査するために、前記1つの励磁巻線(210,220)と、互いに移相されている周期的な複数の走査巻線(211,212,221,222)とを有する請求項8に記載の電磁誘導式エンコーダ。
- 前記走査装置(2,2.1)は、1つの評価装置(3)を有し、結果として生成される1つの絶対位置(AP)を、前記位置に依存する第1走査信号(S1,S11)と、前記位置に依存する第2走査信号(S2,S21)とから生成し、デジタルデータ語として出力部に提供するように、この評価装置(3)は構成されている請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の電磁誘導式エンコーダ。
- 前記スケール装置(1)は、U字形の形材であり、前記第1測定目盛(11)と前記第2測定目盛(12)とが互いに対向して、こU字形の形材の、互いに平行に延在する2つの脚部内に形成されている請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の電磁誘導式エンコーダ。
- 前記第1測定目盛(11)及び前記第2測定目盛(12)はそれぞれ、前記U字形の形材の前記脚部内の連続する複数の歯と複数の歯間とから構成されている請求項11に記載の電磁誘導式エンコーダ。
