Description
(1)製造すべきフォームのメラミン−ホルムアルデヒド初期縮合物、少なくとも3g/cm3の密度を有する少なくとも1種の無機充填材料及び場合により更なる添加成分を含有する懸濁液を製造する工程、
(2)工程(1)からの懸濁液を、該発泡剤の沸騰温度を上回る温度に加熱することにより、該初期縮合物を発泡させる工程、及び
(3)工程(2)から得られたフォームを乾燥する工程
を含む。
使用された規格及び測定方法:
DIN EN 13501-1 − 建築製品及び建築要素の燃焼挙動に関するクラス分け:
この欧州規格は、建築部材内部の製品を含めて、建築製品の燃焼挙動のクラス分け法を規定する。
この試験方法は、完全燃焼の際の建築製品の潜在的な最大放熱量を、その実際の用途を考慮せずに決定する。該試験方法は、クラスA1及びA2に関連している。該試験方法は、その総発熱量の決定並びにその真発熱量の決定を可能にする。
この試験は、どの建築製品が、それらの実際の用途を考慮せずに、火災への寄与を果たないか又は有意義な寄与を果たないかを規定する。該試験方法は、クラスA1及びA2に関連している。
この試験方法は、火災状況で発生する火災へのこの建築製品の潜在的な寄与を評価し、該火災状況は、個々に燃焼する対象物(Single Burning Item、SBI)を部屋のコーナー部でこの建築製品の近くで模している。該試験方法は、クラスA2、B、C及びDに関連している。
該ホルムアルデヒド−メラミン樹脂フォームの機械的品質を評価するための全てのラム圧測定を、US-A 4 666 948に従って行った。そのためには、8mmの直径及び10cmの高さを有する円筒形のラムを90°の角度で、11cmの直径及び発泡方向で5cmの高さを有する円筒形試料中へ、該試料が裂けるまで押し込んだ。以下にラム圧値とも呼ぶ、引裂強さ(Durchreisskraft)[N]は、該フォームの品質についての情報を与える。
WO-A-2009/021963による充填材料を有しないメラミン−ホルムアルデヒドフォームの製造:
噴霧乾燥されたメラミン−ホルムアルデヒド初期縮合物(モル比1:3)75質量部を、水25質量部中に溶解させ、ギ酸3質量%、C12/C14−アルキル硫酸Na 2質量%、ペンタン38質量%[その際に該質量%はそれぞれ、該初期縮合物を基準としている]を添加し、引き続き撹拌し、次いでポリプロピレン製の型(発泡用)中で、マイクロ波エネルギーの照射により発泡させた。該発泡後に、30分間乾燥させた。
フォーム製造に使用されるメラミン−ホルムアルデヒド初期縮合物と無機充填材料との全質量を基準として77.5質量%の、充填材料としての4.5g/cm3の密度を有する微粒状硫酸バリウムを有するメラミン−ホルムアルデヒドフォームの製造:
噴霧乾燥されたメラミン−ホルムアルデヒド初期縮合物(モル比1:3)75質量部を、水25質量部中に溶解させ、ギ酸3質量%、C12/C14−アルキル硫酸Na 2質量%、ペンタン38質量%[その際に該質量%はそれぞれ、該初期縮合物を基準としている]及び硫酸バリウム(タイプBlanc Fixe F、0.001〜0.045mmの範囲内の粒度分布(“PSD”)、平均粒子直径0.020mm、Sachtleben Chemie GmbH)258質量部を添加し、引き続き撹拌し、次いで、ポリプロピレン製の型(発泡用)中で、マイクロ波エネルギーの照射により発泡させた。該発泡後に、30分間乾燥させた。
フォーム製造に使用されるメラミン−ホルムアルデヒド初期縮合物と無機充填材料との全質量を基準として80.0質量%の、充填材料としての4.5g/cm3の密度を有する微粒状硫酸バリウムを有するメラミン−ホルムアルデヒドフォームの製造:
噴霧乾燥されたメラミン−ホルムアルデヒド初期縮合物(モル比1:3)を75質量部を、水25質量部中に溶解させ、ギ酸3質量%、C12/C14−アルキル硫酸Na 2質量%、ペンタン38質量%[その際に該質量%はそれぞれ、該初期縮合物を基準としている]及び硫酸バリウム(タイプBlanc Fixe F、0.001〜0.045mmの範囲内の粒度分布(“PSD”)、平均粒子直径0.020mm、Sachtleben Chemie GmbH)300質量部を添加し、引き続き撹拌し、次いで、ポリプロピレン製の型(発泡用)中で、マイクロ波エネルギーの照射により発泡させた。該発泡後に、30分間乾燥させた。
フォーム製造に使用されるメラミン−ホルムアルデヒド初期縮合物と無機充填材料との全質量を基準として80.0質量%の、4.2g/cm3の密度を有する無機充填材料としての硫酸バリウム/メラミン−ホルムアルデヒド初期縮合物を有するメラミン−ホルムアルデヒドフォームの製造。
Claims (11)
- フォーム製造に使用されるメラミン−ホルムアルデヒド初期縮合物と少なくとも1種の無機充填材料との全質量を基準として、少なくとも1種の無機充填材料80〜98質量%を含有する、メラミン−ホルムアルデヒドフォームであって、
少なくとも1種の該無機充填材料が、少なくとも3g/cm3の密度を有し、かつ少なくとも1種の該無機充填材料が、酸化物、硫酸塩、炭酸塩及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されており、
少なくとも1種の該無機充填材料が、少なくとも1種の結合剤を含有し、該結合剤は、少なくとも1種の該無機充填材料と本質的に均質に混合されているか、または、該結合剤は、少なくとも1種の該無機充填材料と本質的に均質に混合されており、同時に該無機充填材料上に層で存在することを特徴とする、メラミン−ホルムアルデヒドフォーム。 - 少なくとも1種の該無機充填材料が、0.05〜2mm、好ましくは0.1〜1mm、特に好ましくは0.2〜0.4mmの平均粒子直径(光散乱によるZ平均、Malvern、フラウンホーファー回折)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のメラミン−ホルムアルデヒドフォーム。
- 少なくとも1種の該結合剤が、熱硬化性プラスチック、熱可塑性プラスチック、無機結合剤及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のメラミン−ホルムアルデヒドフォーム。
- 少なくとも1種の該結合剤が、メラミン−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される熱硬化性プラスチックであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のメラミン−ホルムアルデヒドフォーム。
- 少なくとも1種の該結合剤が、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート、ポリアミド及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される熱可塑性プラスチックであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のメラミン−ホルムアルデヒドフォーム。
- 少なくとも1種の該結合剤が、リン酸塩、ケイ酸塩、ホウ酸塩及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される無機結合剤であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のメラミン−ホルムアルデヒドフォーム。
- 少なくとも1種の該無機充填材料が、少なくとも部分的に球形粒子として存在することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のメラミン−ホルムアルデヒドフォーム。
- 少なくとも1種の該無機充填材料が少なくとも部分的に、該メラミン−ホルムアルデヒドフォームの細孔中へ埋め込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のメラミン−ホルムアルデヒドフォーム。
- 少なくとも1種の該無機充填材料が、造粒法及び/又は押出プロセスによって得られることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のメラミン−ホルムアルデヒドフォーム。
- 少なくとも1種のメラミン−ホルムアルデヒド初期縮合物、場合により少なくとも1種の溶剤、場合により少なくとも1種の酸、場合により少なくとも1種の分散剤、少なくとも1種の発泡剤及び少なくとも3g/cm3の密度を有する少なくとも1種の無機充填材料を混合し、この混合物を、少なくとも1種の該発泡剤の沸騰温度を上回る温度で発泡させることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のメラミン−ホルムアルデヒドフォームの製造方法。
- 土木建築において、自動車製造、船製造及び鉄道車両製造、宇宙船の製造において又は室内装飾業において、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のメラミン−ホルムアルデヒドフォームを使用する方法。
