Claims (1)
- 太陽電池と、
前記太陽電池から電源電圧を供給される電気的に書き換え可能な不揮発性メモリと、
前記電気的に書き換え可能な不揮発性メモリからのリセット信号によりリセットされる位置検出ICと、
位置検出ICによって駆動され位置信号を出力するセンサと、
前記位置検出ICの検出結果を表示する表示部と、を具備し、
前記電気的に書き換え可能な不揮発性メモリは、
前記太陽電池からの電源電圧を安定化して出力するレギュレータと、
前記太陽電池からの電源電圧または前記レギュレータからの出力電圧を検出する電圧検出回路と、
前記電圧検出回路から出力された電圧検出信号により、前記位置検出ICにリセット信号を出力するパワーオンリセット回路と、
前記太陽電池からの電源電圧または前記レギュレータからの出力電圧により書き込み及び読み出しを行うメモリ本体と、を有し、
前記位置検出ICは、前記レギュレータからの前記出力電圧が供給されることで動作する、
位置検出器。
