Claims (4)
- 分散媒体を収納したベッセルをタンク内の処理材料中に浸漬させて分散処理する回分式媒体分散機において、ベッセルは上部に開口する開口部と分散媒体が通過しない流通孔を有する筒状のスクリーンと流通孔がない底板を有し、上記開口部からベッセル内に延びる回転軸と、ベッセル内の該回転軸に連結された複数の円板翼を具備し、上記複数の円板翼は、貫通孔を有しかつ回転した際に貫通孔を通った処理材料の流動が輻流となり処理材料をベッセル内に吸引するとともに円板翼の外周に吐出するディスクフローによるポンプ作用を生じるよう近接して設けられ、 上記タンク内には、タンク内の処理材料が軸流を生じてタンク内を流動するよう複数の軸流用撹拌翼が設けられ、上記軸流用撹拌翼は、パドル型翼であり、少なくとも一方の軸流用撹拌翼はタンク内の処理材料を掻き下げる下降流を生じるパドル型翼であり、他方の軸流用撹拌翼は掻き上げる上昇流を生じるパドル型翼であることを特徴とする回分式媒体分散機。
- 上記複数の円板翼は、間隙部材を介して連結され、該間隙部材は断面略矩形状に形成され、円板翼の中心に向く内端面を幅狭に形成し、該内端面の両端を連絡する両側面のうち、一方側の側面を直線状に形成し、他の側面に斜面を設けてある請求項1に記載の回分式媒体分散機。
- 上記円板翼には、ピンが設けられている請求項1に記載の回分式媒体分散機。
- 上記流通孔を有する筒状のスクリーンと流通孔を有しない底板は、一体的に連結されている請求項1に記載の回分式媒体分散機。
