Claims (9)
- 好ましくは異形成形されたアーチ状の溝を製造する鐘形ミーリングカッタであって、
円形ディスク状のメインボディ(1)と、該メインボディの平面に対してほぼ垂直に延びる複数の切れ刃支持体(2)とを備え、該切れ刃支持体が、前記メインボディの中心の周りの円軌道に沿って周方向に連続して配置されていて、前記メインボディに取り外し可能に取り付けられている形式の鐘形ミーリングカッタにおいて、
各切れ刃支持体が、交換可能なカッティングビット(20)を収容するための切欠きを備え、
前記メインボディに扇状の位置決め装置(6)が設けられており、該位置決め装置が、隣接する該位置決め装置の間で半径方向に延びる溝(8)を画定し、該溝に前記切れ刃支持体(2)を支持する交換ジョー(7)が案内されることによって、前記切れ刃支持体を互いに異なる複数の半径方向の間隔を置いて前記メインボディに取り付けるのを可能にし、
前記交換ジョーは、その下側において、前記溝(8)に対して横方向に延びる、1つ又は2つ以上のスライディング・ブロック(14)を収容するための切欠き(22)を有し、該スライディング・ブロックは、前記メインボディの上面に設けられたランドの対応する複数の横方向溝(18)内に導入されることを特徴とする鐘形ミーリングカッタ。 - 前記位置決め装置が、前記メインボディの軸線に対して同軸的に、前記メインボディに取り外し可能に取り付け可能な位置決めモジュールであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鐘形ミーリングカッタ。
- 前記交換ジョー(7)は種々異なる半径方向位置で前記メインボディに固定されることができ、前記切れ刃支持体は、前記交換ジョーに取り付け可能であるか、又は前記交換ジョーと一体的に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の鐘形ミーリングカッタ。
- 前記交換ジョーを、さねはね継ぎによって前記位置決め装置に固定可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の鐘形ミーリングカッタ。
- 請求項3に記載の前記交換ジョーの断面が、前記位置決め装置によって画定された前記溝(8)の断面に相当することを特徴とする請求項1〜4までの何れか一項に記載の鐘形ミーリングカッタ。
- 前記位置決め装置が平面図で見て、軸方向に延びる、そして大部分が半径方向に延びる側面を備えた扇状の位置決めモジュールを有しており、前記位置決めモジュールが前記メインボディの回転軸線に対してほぼ垂直に延びる面上に取り付けられて、隣接する位置決めモジュールの互いに向き合う前記側面が平行に延び、前記回転軸線及び前記側面に対して垂直に延びるメインボディの面とともに、方形断面の溝を画定するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の鐘形ミーリングカッタ。
- 前記側面及び/又は溝基部が、少なくとも1つのスライディング・ブロックを収容するための少なくとも1つの切欠きを有していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の鐘形ミーリングカッタ。
- 扇状の前記位置決め装置が、前記メインボディの軸線に対して垂直な断面の軸方向視において、ほぼV字形の輪郭を有しており、該V字形の輪郭の先端が前記メインボディから離反する方向に向いていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の鐘形ミーリングカッタ。
- 前記鐘形ミーリングカッタによって形成されるアーチ状溝の全輪郭が、2つの連続する切れ刃支持体の切れ刃全体によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の鐘形ミーリングカッタ。
