Description
一方、地盤の汚染領域に、直流電源の陽極に接続した電極棒を挿入し、汚染領域の外側に掘削した井戸内に、直流電源の陰極に接続した電極体を挿入して、電極棒と電極体との間に直流電圧を印加することにより、電気浸透現象による地下水の井戸への強制排水を惹起して、井戸から汚染物質を地下水と共に汲み上げることによって除去する汚染土壌の浄化方法がある(特許文献1参照)。
そこで本発明は、短時間の簡易な設置作業で、作業者が除染対象現場に長時間滞在することなく効率的に放射性物質を回収し、被曝リスク、汚染土壌の保管場所、その周辺の2次汚染のリスク、汚染の拡大を低減し、また継続的な作業の困難を伴う地域での除染に有効な放射性汚染土壌の除染装置及び除染方法を提供する。
図1ないし図3において、本発明の第1実施例に係る放射性汚染土壌の除染装置1は、直流の電源2と、この電源2に接続される正負の電極部材3,4と、給水装置5とを備えている。電源2は、設置位置近くの電灯線又は別途設置した燃料式発電機、蓄電池、太陽電池、電気二重層キャパシタ等を使用し、連続的又間欠的に、あるいは所定時間ごとに極性を反転させつつ投入される。

Claims (5)
- 放射性物質に汚染された表層土壌から放射性物質を吸着し回収する放射性汚染土壌の除染装置において、
透水性シート基材と、この透水性シート基材の表面に着脱可能に貼着される太陽電池フィルムと、前記透水性シート基材の裏面に付着する放射性物質吸着剤とを具備して、除染対象領域の土壌表面に載置される陰極性の電極部材と、
前記太陽電池フィルムに電気的に接続され、土壌に差し込まれる陽極杭とを具備し、
前記陰極性電極部材と前記陽極杭との間の動電現象により、土壌中の放射性物質を吸着し、回収処分することを特徴とする放射性汚染土壌の除染装置。 - 前記電極部材の電界による動電現象を促進するために、土壌を湿潤させる給水手段を具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射性汚染土壌の除染装置。
- 前記電極部材は、巻き取り可能なテープ状又は折り畳み可能なシート状をなすことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の放射性汚染土壌の除染装置。
- 前記電極部材は、透水性シート基材の裏面に金属メッキまたは金属薄膜の貼着により導電層を形成し、この導電層に前記放射性物質吸着剤を付着させることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の放射性汚染土壌の除染装置。
- 前記放射性物質吸着剤は、ゼオライト、層状粘土鉱物またはフェロシアン化鉄化合物の少なくともいずれか含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の放射性汚染土壌の除染装置。
