Description
図1は、実施の形態の排出ガス浄化装置50を備える船舶1の概要を示した図である。なお、ここでは、実施の形態の排出ガス浄化装置50を船舶1に搭載されたディーゼル発電機24に適用した一例を示している。
次に、発電装置23の排気系統の概要について説明する。
次に、実施の形態の排出ガス浄化装置50の構成について説明する。
ここで、排出ガス浄化装置50では、算出した排気流速Veと基準排気流速Vtとの比較、及び触媒反応部70の差圧ΔPと算出した触媒反応部70の初期差圧ΔPiとの差の基準値に基づいて、空気噴射ノズル82による加圧空気の噴射の条件を変える。
次に、排出ガス浄化装置50のスートブロア部80におけるシーケンスについて説明する。
次に、実施の形態の排出ガス浄化装置50のスートブロア部80における加圧空気の噴射方式である瞬時加圧について説明する。

Claims (8)
- 筒状のケーシングの内部に配置された触媒に付着した煤塵を除去する機能を備えた船舶用排出ガス浄化装置であって、
前記ケーシングの側壁に配置され、加圧空気を前記ケーシング内に噴射して衝撃波を発生させる複数の空気噴射ノズルを備え、
排出ガスを媒体として加圧空気を利用した衝撃波を伝播させることで、排出ガスと接触する前記触媒の表面の全域に衝撃波の力を作用させて、前記ケーシング内の圧力変動によって前記触媒から煤塵が除去されるように構成するとともに、
各前記空気噴射ノズルが、一つずつ順次、所定の時間t2の間隔をあけて、時間t1の間、加圧空気を噴射し、
前記時間t1は、0.1秒〜0.5秒に設定され、
前記時間t2は、30秒〜5分に設定されている、船舶用排出ガス浄化装置。 - 複数の前記空気噴射ノズルのうち、最後の前記空気噴射ノズルから加圧空気を噴射してから所定時間の間、いずれの前記空気噴射ノズルからも加圧空気が噴射されない、請求項1記載の船舶用排出ガス浄化装置。
- 前記ケーシングが角筒で構成され、
すべての前記空気噴射ノズルが、前記角筒の一つの側壁に備えられている、請求項1または2記載の船舶用排出ガス浄化装置。 - 一つの前記空気噴射ノズルから噴射される加圧空気の流量が、前記空気噴射ノズルの数によって異なる、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の船舶用排出ガス浄化装置。
- 一つの前記空気噴射ノズルから噴射される加圧空気の流量が、前記空気噴射ノズルの数の増加に伴って減少する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載の船舶用排出ガス浄化装置。
- 前記触媒が、排出ガスの流れ方向に複数配置されている、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項記載の船舶用排出ガス浄化装置。
- 複数の前記空気噴射ノズルが、前記触媒よりも上流側の前記ケーシングの側壁に配置されている、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項記載の船舶用排出ガス浄化装置。
- 前記空気噴射ノズルの出口から発生する衝撃波は、指向性がない、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項記載の船舶用排出ガス浄化装置。
