Claims (2)
- 触媒が配置される触媒反応器内に加圧空気を噴射して触媒に付着した煤塵を除去する船舶搭載用の排気浄化装置において、
スートブロアによって内圧が圧力Pである触媒反応器の筐体内に所定時間tで前記加圧空気が供給され、
前記加圧空気は、供給後の筐体内の圧力(P+ΔIP)が所定値以上であるとともに、単位時間当たりの圧力増加率ΔIP/tが所定値γ以上になるように供給され、
前記筐体内には、急激な圧力上昇による衝撃波IWが発生し、
前記衝撃波IWは、前記スートブロアの空気噴射ノズルを中心として筐体内の全方向に伝播し、筐体内に充満している排気を媒体として、前記筐体内の排気に接触しているNOx触媒の表面に到達して等しく作用し、前記NOx触媒に付着した煤塵を除去するように構成した
ことを特徴とする船舶搭載用の排気浄化装置。 - 前記加圧空気を噴射する空気噴射ノズルの噴射口が前記触媒反応器の壁面近傍に配置される
