Description
本発明に係る流体制御装置の他の特徴構成は、前記制御部は、前記弁体が開き状態のときに、前記弁体に作用する流体力が、前記弁体に作用する前記磁石の吸引力と前記付勢部材の付勢力との和よりも大きくなるように前記電動ポンプの出力を制御する点にある。
これを受けて、弁体11が流体圧を受けて開き状態となったか否かがエンジン21の冷却水温度等に基づいて確認される(♯03)。
本実施形態の流体制御装置20では、図8に示すように、弁体11は小流量用の流通孔を有しない。この場合、停止状態の電動ポンプ31に対し、第2流路42から緊急性の高い流体の供給要求があった場合には、第1実施形態において説明した図5と同様の制御が行われる。すなわち、停止状態の電動ポンプ31に対し、制御部37は、閉じ状態にある弁体11を開き操作する際に、電動ポンプ31を始動して制御Dutyを予め設定された状態まで出力を高める。

Claims (4)
- 流体の流路に設けられ、当接・離間して流体の流通を制御するよう、一方を磁性体で形成し他方に磁石を備えた弁体および弁座と、
前記弁体を前記弁座の側に付勢する付勢部材と、
前記流路に流体を流通させる電動ポンプと、
前記弁座に当接して閉じ状態にある前記弁体を開き操作する際に、前記電動ポンプの出力を予め設定した状態に所定時間継続して高める制御を行って前記弁体を開き状態にし、当該所定時間経過後に前記電動ポンプの出力を予め設定した前記状態よりも低い状態に制御する制御部と、を備えた流体制御装置。 - 前記電動ポンプからラジエータを経由して流体が流通する第1流路と、
前記電動ポンプから前記ラジエータを介さずにヒータコアを経由して流体が流通する第2流路と、を備え、
前記第2流路に流体要求が発生した際に、前記制御部が前記電動ポンプの出力を高める請求項1に記載の流体制御装置。 - 前記第2流路に流体要求があり、且つ前記弁体が閉じ状態のとき、前記制御部が前記電動ポンプの出力をさらに高める請求項2に記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記弁体が開き状態のときに、前記弁体に作用する流体力が、前記弁体に作用する前記磁石の吸引力と前記付勢部材の付勢力との和よりも大きくなるように前記電動ポンプの出力を制御する請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の流体制御装置。
