Claims (6)
- アプリケータ(10)を挿入方向(3)に沿って身体管腔(2)内に挿入するためのガイドカテーテル(1)であって、
管腔(101)を包囲するガイドシース(100)と、
前記ガイドシース(100)の遠位の端部(120)を前記挿入方向(3)に対して方向変換するために配置及び構成された方向変換機構(110)と、を備え、
前記ガイドシース(100)の前記遠位の端部(120)を、前記身体管腔(2)を画定する壁(4b)で支持するために配置及び構成された安定化機構(140)をさらに備え、
前記安定化機構(140)は、2つ、3つ、又は4つ以上の安定化要素(141,143,144)を有しており、2つの隣り合う安定化要素(141,143,144)は、連結部(145)を介して相互に結合されており、前記連結部(145)は、片側ロック式の連結部として構成されていることを特徴とするガイドカテーテル(1)。 - 前記安定化機構(140)は、ベース要素(142)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のガイドカテーテル(1)。
- 前記安定化機構(140)の近位の端部は、前記ガイドシース(100)の近位の側で、前記挿入方向(3)に沿って移動可能に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のガイドカテーテル(1)。
- 前記安定化機構の遠位の端部と前記安定化機構の近位の端部との間における、前記安定化機構(140)の寸法は、前記ガイドカテーテル(1)の直径の3倍よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載のガイドカテーテル(1)。
- 前記安定化機構(140)を、安定化位置に固定することができることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載のガイドカテーテル(1)。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載のガイドカテーテル(1)と、前記ガイドカテーテル(1)の前記ガイドシース(100)内で移動可能に案内されている、電気外科用器具として構成されたアプリケータと、を備える電気外科システム。
