Description
カテーテルシースの先端部にガイドワイヤを貫通させるための中空体を有するラピッドエクスチェンジタイプのカテーテルであって、
前記中空体の少なくとも一部を、生分解素材で構成することを特徴とする。
上記実施形態では、中空体310の全体の素材を生分解素材とするものであったが、その一部分を生分解素材とする例を図4(a),(b)を用いて説明する。
Claims (5)
- カテーテルシースの先端部にガイドワイヤを貫通させるための中空体を有するラピッドエクスチェンジタイプのカテーテルであって、
前記中空体の少なくとも一部を、生分解素材で構成することを特徴とするカテーテル。 - 前記生分解素材は生分解性ポリマーを含むコアセルベート相を凝集させて固化されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記生分解素材は、前記中空体の両端の開口部を結び、且つ、前記カテーテルシースに接続する側とは反対側の直線部分に設けることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記中空体は、予め設定された時間では生分解を防止する膜でコーティングされることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記中空体の前記カテーテルシースの後端側に近い方の開口部における、前記カテーテルシースから最も遠い前記生分解素材に、生分解開始部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のカテーテル。
