Description
図1は、実施形態に係る画像形成装置100(以下、単に、装置100と称する)を示す概略図である。図2は、図1の装置100における磁気シートの搬送経路の一部を拡大した部分拡大図である。
Fy>(Fx+M)μ+mg
つまり、磁気シートに作用する磁気吸引力Mが、上式(1)を満たす磁気吸引力となるように、非磁性シート40の厚みを設定すれば良いことになる。
以下、本願の出願当初の特許請求の範囲に記載された発明を付記する。

磁気を有する磁気シートを搬送する搬送路と、
この搬送路に沿って配置された磁性部材と、
上記搬送路を搬送される磁気シートが上記磁性部材に少なくとも磁気により吸着しない位置まで上記磁気シートを上記磁性部材から離間させる離間手段と、
を有する画像形成装置。

上記離間手段は、上記磁性部材の上記搬送路側に設けた非磁性部材を含み、この非磁性部材は、上記磁気シートが上記磁性部材に少なくとも磁気により吸着することがない厚みを有する、
[1]の画像形成装置。
[3]
上記非磁性部材の厚みは、1mm以上、4mm以下、好ましくは2mm以下である、

上記磁性部材は、上記搬送路に沿って配置した搬送ガイドであり、
上記非磁性部材は、上記搬送ガイドの上記搬送路側の表面に設けられている、

Claims (4)
- 磁気を有する磁気シートを上方に搬送する鉛直方向に延びた搬送路と、
この搬送路に沿って配置された磁性を有する搬送ガイドと、
上記搬送ガイドの上記搬送路側の上記鉛直方向に延びた表面に設けられ、上記搬送路を搬送される磁気シートが上記搬送ガイドに少なくとも磁気により吸着しない位置まで上記磁気シートを上記搬送ガイドから離間させるための離間手段と、を有し、
上記離間手段の厚みは、
上記磁気シートの搬送力をF、上記搬送力の上記表面に向かう水平方向成分をFx、上記搬送力の鉛直方向成分をFy、上記搬送ガイドから上記磁気シートに作用する水平方向の磁気吸引力をM、上記磁気シートと上記離間手段との間の動摩擦係数をμ、上記磁気シートの質量をm、重力加速度をgとした場合、
Fy>(Fx+M)μ+mg
を満たす上記磁気吸引力Mとなるように設定されている、
画像形成装置。 - 上記搬送路に沿って配置された磁性を有するレジストローラをさらに備え、
上記離間手段は上記レジストローラの表面にも設けられる、
請求項1の画像形成装置。 - 上記搬送路に沿って配置された磁性を有するベルトローラをさらに備え、
上記離間手段は上記ベルトローラの表面にも設けられる、
請求項1または2の画像形成装置。 - 上記離間手段は、非磁性シートである、
請求項1ないし3のうちいずれかの画像形成装置。
