Description
まず母材となる繊維織物を以下の要領で準備した。
コーティング樹脂の目付け量を60g/m2とした以外は実施例1と同様にした。
実施例1において耐熱性樹脂コーティングを行う前のPTFE繊維とPPS繊維との2重織物を比較例1として用いた。
母材となる繊維織物を以下の要領で準備した。
このとき、A4サイズの長辺と繊維織物の織方向とがおよそ揃うようにカットした。打ち抜き時のプレス圧力は75kNとした。
Claims (2)
- 主としてフッ素繊維からなる表面層と、主としてフッ素繊維以外の、融点あるいは熱分解温度が270℃以上の樹脂または無機材料で構成される耐熱性繊維からなる裏面層とを有した多層織物であって、前記多層織物の裏面層側が、融点あるいは熱分解温度が270℃以上の耐熱性樹脂コーティングを施してなる被膜で被覆されてなる、摺動部材用の繊維織物。
- 耐熱性樹脂コーティングの目付け量が5g/m 2 以上60g/m 2 以下である、請求項1に記載の繊維織物。
