Claims (5)
- ポリペプチドのアミノ酸配列がI、II、III、又はIVで示されるものであり、即ち、
I:FPGSDRF;
II:X-FPGSDRF;
III:FPGSDRF-Z;
IV:X-FPGSDRF-Z;
となり、その中で、アミノ酸Sがリン酸化修飾を受け、XとZがそれぞれアミノ酸又はアミノ酸配列であり、
XがF、(R)9、(R)9-F、6-アミノカプロン酸、6-アミノカプロン酸-F、6-アミノカプロン酸-(R)9と6-アミノカプロン酸-(R)9-Fの何れかであり、
ZがA、(G)n-RGDとA-(G)n-RGDの何れかである(nが≧0の整数である)ことを特徴とする抗腫瘍活性のある一種のペプチド。 - 前記nの取り得る値の範囲が0-10であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の抗腫瘍活性のあるペプチド。
- 前記ポリペプチドのN末端がアセチル化修飾を受け、C末端がアミド化修飾を受けたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の抗腫瘍活性のあるペプチド。
- 請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の抗腫瘍活性のあるペプチドの抗腫瘍薬物製造に使用される用途。
- 前記腫瘍が悪性黒色腫又は胃癌であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の用途。
