Claims (10)
- 液体を排出ガス流れ内に噴射するための装置であって、
少なくとも1つの霧化ノズル(10)を備え、該霧化ノズルは二流体ノズルとして設計され、前記液体は前記霧化ノズルを利用して、圧縮空気を利用して前記排出ガス流れ内に噴射され、前記液体は前記圧縮空気と個々の前記霧化ノズル(10)からの出る際にその外側において最初に直接混合されるかまたは出た後にその外側において混合される装置において、
前記1つの霧化ノズル(10)または各霧化ノズル(10)はネジ部品として形成されたノズルベースボディ(12)と、ノズルエアキャップ(13)と、ノズルインサート(14)と、を具備し、
個々の前記霧化ノズル(10)は前記ノズルベースボディ(12)を通じてノズルランス(11)に接続されることが可能であり、前記ノズルエアキャップ(13)と前記ノズルインサート(14)とは前記ノズルベースボディ(12)内に受容され且つ保持されており、
個々の前記霧化ノズル(10)のノズルベースボディ(12)は前記ノズルランス(11)の接続のための第1部分(15)を備え、
前記ノズルランス内において対応したライン(19,20)と連通した、前記液体のための中央供給ボア(16)および圧縮空気のための複数の、すなわち第1の数の側方供給ボア(17)は前記ノズルベースボディ(12)のこの第1部分(15)において形成され、
個々の前記霧化ノズル(10)の前記ノズルベースボディ(12)は、前記ノズルエアキャップ(13)と前記ノズルインサート(14)とを受容するための第2部分(21)を備え、
前記液体のための前記中央供給ボア(16)と連通した、前記液体のための中央放出ボア(23)と、圧縮空気のための前記側方供給ボア(17)と連通した、圧縮空気のための複数の、すなわち第2の数の側方放出ボア(25)と、は前記ノズルベースボディ(12)のこの第2部分(21)において形成されており、
圧縮空気のための前記側方放出ボア(25)の第2の数は、圧縮空気のための前記側方供給ボア(17)の第1の数よりも大きいことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記液体は水性尿素溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 圧縮空気のための前記ノズルベースボディ(12)の前記側方放出ボア(25)の第2の数は、圧縮空気のための前記ノズルベースボディ(12)の前記側方供給ボア(17)の第1の数の2倍に相当しており、圧縮空気のための各側方供給ボア(17)は圧縮空気のための2つの前記側方放出ボア(25)に連通していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記ノズルインサート(14)は液体のための前記ノズルベースボディ(12)の前記中央放出ボア(23)と連通した液体流れ構造(26)を形成し、前記ノズルエアキャップ(13)は前記ノズルインサート(14)を部分的に同軸に取り囲み、圧縮空気のための前記ノズルベースボディ(12)の前記側方放出ボア(25)と連通した圧縮空気流れ構造(27)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ノズルインサート(14)は円周突起(32)において複数の渦スロット(33)を備え、該渦スロットはその周方向に傾斜されており、該スロットを通じて前記圧縮空気はガイドされ且つ捩じるように加速されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ノズルインサート(14)は流出側端部(28)において前記ノズルエアキャップ(13)を越えて突出しており、前記圧縮空気のための流出開口部(29)は、前記液体の流れ方向から見て、前記液体のための流出開口部(30)の上流に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 複数の前記霧化ノズル(10)が前記ノズルランス(11)に配列されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 内燃エンジンのための排出ガス後処理システムであって、
アンモニアを還元剤として使用するSCR触媒を備え、
液体をSCR触媒の上流において排出ガス流れ内に噴射するための装置を備えたシステムにおいて、
前記液体を噴射するための装置は請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置によって構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記内燃エンジンは、重油を使用して作動する船舶のディーゼル内燃エンジンであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記液体は水性尿素溶液であることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載のシステム。
