Description
図1に図示した本発明による内接歯車ポンプ1は、内歯車2と、該内歯車2と噛み合っているピニオン3とを有している。ピニオン3は外歯歯車であり、内歯車2は内歯歯車であり、ピニオン3と内歯車2とは内接歯車ポンプ1の歯車と呼ぶこともできる。ピニオン3はポンプ軸4上に相対回転不能に配置され、該ポンプ軸によりピニオン3は内接歯車ポンプ1を作動させるために回転駆動可能であり、噛み合っている内歯車2を一緒に回転駆動させる。内歯車2は、図示していないポンプケーシングに圧入されている支持リング5で滑動可能に支持されている。

Claims (6)
- 内歯車(2)と、該内歯車(2)と噛み合っているピニオン(3)とを備え、前記内歯車(2)と前記ピニオン(3)とが、互いに噛み合っている周部分の外側で、該内歯車(2)とピニオン(3)との間に三日月状のポンプ室(6)を画成し、該ポンプ室内に、該ポンプ室(6)を2つの領域に分割する分離部材(7)が配置され、該分離部材(7)の外側に前記内歯車(2)の歯の歯頭が当接し、内側に前記ピニオン(3)の歯の歯頭が当接することで、前記分離部材(7)が前記内歯車(2)の歯先円の位置と前記ピニオン(3)の歯先円の位置とで該内歯車(2)の歯と該ピニオン(3)の歯との間の歯中間空間を閉じており、前記分離部材(7)が前記内歯車(2)および前記ピニオン(3)の歯の歯先円に沿って周方向に延在する外側部分(9)と内側部分(10)とを有し、該外側部分と内側部分とが、互いに半径方向に移動可能であり、且つ弾性予緊張力でもって前記内歯車(2)および前記ピニオン(3)の歯の歯頭に当接している、液圧式車両ブレーキ装置の内接歯車ポンプにおいて、前記分離部材(7)が2つの外側部分(9)と2つの内側部分(10)とを有し、該2つの外側部分と2つの内側部分とが、前記内歯車(2)および前記ピニオン(3)の歯の歯先円に沿って互いに逆の周方向に延在して、弾性予緊張力により前記内歯車(2)および前記ピニオン(3)の歯の歯頭に当接し、前記外側部分(9)と前記内側部分(10)とが前記分離部材(7)と一体であることを特徴とする内接歯車ポンプ。
- 前記分離部材(7)が板ばね状の外側部分(9)および/または内側部分(10)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接歯車ポンプ。
- 前記分離部材(7)の前記外側部分(9)および/または内側部分(10)が鏡像対称であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接歯車ポンプ。
- 前記分離部材(7)が前記外側部分(9)と前記内側部分(10)との間で前記内接歯車ポンプ(1)の前記ポンプ室(6)内に回動可能に支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接歯車ポンプ。
- 前記分離部材(7)の前記外側部分(9)と前記内側部分(10)との間の中間空間が前記ポンプ室(6)と連通していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接歯車ポンプ。
- 1つの外側部分(9)と1つの内側部分(10)との間に、該外側部分(9)と内側部分(10)とを前記ポンプ室(6)内で密封している密封要素(12)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接歯車ポンプ。
