Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine volumenveränderbare Innenzahnradpumpe, insbesondere zur Verwendung als Motorschmierpumpe für Automobile. Die Innenzahnradpumpe umfasst ein Gehäuse (7, 10) und eine darin ausgebildete Lauf satzkammer (40), welche eine Niederdruckkammer (17) und eine Hochdruckkammer (18) für ein Fluid aufweist. In der Laufsatzkammer (40) sind ein Innenrotor (2), der um eine Drehachse (Di) drehbar und von einer Welle (1) antreibbar ist, und ein drehbarer Aussenrotor (3) mit einer exzentrisch zur Drehachse (Di) angeordneten Aussenrotordrehachse (Da) aufgenommen. Im Falle eines Drehantriebs bilden sich Förderzellen (30, 31) zwischen dem Innenrotor (2) und dem Aussenrotor (3), in denen das Fluid von der Niederdruckkammer (17) zur Hochdruckkammer (18) gefördert wird. Ein Verstellorgan (5), auf welches axial Federn (8) wirken und das in der Innenverzahnung (34) des Aussenrotors (3) axialbeweglich geführt ist, bewirkt eine druckabhängige Axialbewegung des Innenrotors (2). Der Aussenrotor (3) weist in seinen Zahnlücken der Innenverzahnung (34) im Bereich der Niederdruckkammer (17) und der Hochdruckkammer (18) angeordnete Radialkanäle (41) auf. Die axiale Lage des Innenrotors (2) relativ zum Aussenrotor (3) ist durch die Axialbewegung des Verstellorgans (5) veränderbar, womit sich das Volumen der Förderzellen (30, 31) druckabhängig verstellt.
