Description
Claims (19)
- 構成部材(2)を含む構成部材積層体(1)の熱被覆方法であって、前記構成部材(2)が連続的な構成部材開口(21)を有し、前記構成部材(2)を、前記構成部材積層体(1)が連続的な積層体開口(11)を有するように積層軸線(A)に対して整列させ、前記積層体開口(11)が、第1の積層体開口面(111)及び第2の積層体開口面(112)を含み、前記第1の積層体開口面(111)及び前記第2の積層体開口面(112)が、前記積層軸線(A)に沿って配置され、前記構成部材開口(21)の内側境界面(22)が、溶射装置(3、7、8)によるコーティング・ビーム(31、71、81)によって内側から熱被覆される熱被覆方法において、
第1の熱被覆工程の間、前記第1の積層体開口面(111)と前記コーティング・ビーム(31、71、81)との間に第1の角度(α)が形成され、第2の熱被覆工程の間、前記第1の積層体開口面(111)と前記コーティング・ビーム(31、71、81)との間に第2の角度(β)が形成されるように、前記構成部材積層体(1)が被覆され、前記第1の角度(α)及び前記第2の角度(β)が、前記第1の積層体開口面(111)に対して反対方向に形成されることを特徴とする熱被覆方法。 - 前記第2の角度(β)が、前記第1の被覆工程の後、前記構成部材積層体(1)を前記積層軸線(A)にある第1の旋回軸線(D1)のまわりで回転させ、前記回転前の配置に対して反対に回転した後、前記第1の積層体開口面(111)及び前記第2の積層体開口面(112)が、前記積層軸線(A)に沿った配置を有するような形で形成される請求項1に記載された熱被覆方法。
- 前記第2の角度(β)が、前記第1の被覆工程の後、前記溶射装置(3)を前記積層軸線(A)にある第2の旋回軸線(D2)のまわりで回転させる形で形成される請求項1に記載された熱被覆方法。
- 前記溶射装置(3)が、前記第1の被覆工程の間及び前記第2の被覆工程の間、前記第1の積層体開口面(111)を通して案内される請求項1に記載された熱被覆方法。
- 第1のコーティング・ビーム(31、71)を有する第1の溶射装置(7)、及び第2のコーティング・ビーム(81)を有する第2の溶射装置(3、8)が設けられ、前記第1の被覆工程と前記第2の被覆工程とが同時に行われる請求項1に記載された熱被覆方法。
- 前記角度(α)及び前記角度(β)が、0〜30度である請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載された熱被覆方法。
- 前記角度(α)及び前記角度(β)が、5〜15度である請求項6に記載された熱被覆方法。
- 前記角度(α)及び前記角度(β)が10度である請求項7に記載された熱被覆方法。
- 前記構成部材開口(21)の前記内側境界面(22)の内側断面が、前記積層軸線(A)に沿って不均一である請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか一項に記載された熱被覆方法。
- 前記構成部材開口(21)の前記内側境界面(22)の内側断面が、凸状に湾曲した状態である請求項9に記載された熱被覆方法。
- 被覆時に、前記構成部材積層体(1)を、前記積層軸線(A)のまわりで回転させ、及び/又は前記溶射装置(3、7、8)を回転させる請求項1から請求項10までのいずれか一項に記載された熱被覆方法。
- 被覆時に、プラズマ・トーチを回転させる請求項11に記載された熱被覆方法。
- 前記構成部材(2)がベアリング構成部材であり、及び/又は前記内側境界面(22)が、構成部材の座面として構成される請求項1から請求項12までのいずれか一項に記載された熱被覆方法。
- 前記内側境界面(22)が、シャフトを収容するための構成部材の座面として構成される請求項13に記載された熱被覆方法。
- 前記構成部材積層体(1)が、ホルダ(4)上に配置される請求項1から請求項14までのいずれか一項に記載された熱被覆方法。
- 前記構成部材(2)が間隔をおいて配置されるように、前記構成部材積層体(1)の前記構成部材(2)同士の間にスペーサ(5)が設けられる請求項1から請求項15までのいずれか一項に記載された熱被覆方法。
- 構成部材積層体を有し、コーティング・ビーム(31、71、81)及び構成部材(2)を有する溶射装置(3、7、8)を含む装置であって、前記構成部材(2)が連続的な構成部材開口(21)を有し、前記構成部材(2)を、前記構成部材積層体(1)が連続的な積層体開口(11)を含むように積層軸線(A)に対して整列させ、前記積層体開口(11)が、第1の積層体開口面(111)及び第2の積層体開口面(112)を含み、前記第1の積層体開口面(111)及び前記第2の積層体開口面(112)が、前記積層軸線(A)に沿って配置され、前記構成部材開口(21)の内側境界面(22)が、内側から熱被覆され得るようになっている装置において、
前記構成部材積層体(1)は、第1の被覆工程の間、前記第1の積層体開口面(111)と前記コーティング・ビーム(31、71、81)との間に第1の角度(α)が形成され、第2の被覆工程の間、前記第1の積層体開口面(111)と前記コーティング・ビーム(31)との間に第2の角度(β)が形成されるように被覆することができ、前記第1の角度(α)及び前記第2の角度(β)が、前記第1の積層体開口面(111)に対して反対方向に構成されるようになっていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記構成部材積層体(1)のためのホルダ(4)を含む請求項17に記載された装置。
- 前記構成部材積層体(1)が、溶射装置(3、7、8)に対して回転できるように配置され、及び/又は前記溶射装置(3、7、8)を、前記積層軸線(A)のまわりで回転させることができるようになっている請求項17又は請求項18に記載された装置。
