Description
図9は、本発明によるサイドキー(3)、サイドキー回路基板部材(2)、及びマザーボード(4)が取り付けられた模式図であり、図9に示すように、マザーボード(4)をケース(1)に組み立て、マザーボード位置決め穴(41)構造とケース位置決め柱(51)構造とによって、マザーボード(4)がケース(1)内での位置を制限され、このように、マザーボード(4)を固定した後に、サイドキー回路基板部材(2)内側にあるマザーボード支持辺(42)によって、サイドキー回路基板部材(2)を良好に固定することができる。このようにサイドキー(3)を頻繁的に押動しても、ケースのサイドキー回路基板に対するリミット部材(13)、及びマザーボード支持辺(42)の支持作用を有するため、サイドキー回路基板(2)はずっとレイアウト位置にあることで、良好な手触りと一致性を確保できる。図示されたマザーボード(4)とサイドキー回路基板(23)とは、ワイヤ溶接又はフレキシブル回路基板(FPC)手段によって接続でき(この2種の電気接続方式に制限されない)、サイドキーを押動することによって、電気信号をマザーボードに伝達して機能させる。
Claims (9)
- 側壁穴に端末サイドキー(3)が充填された端末ケース(1)、及び端末マザーボード(4)に接続する端末サイドキー回路基板部材(2)を含む端末サイドキーの防水装置であって、
前記端末サイドキー回路基板部材(2)は、サイドキー回路基板(23)、前記サイドキー回路基板に固定して接続される金属アーチ型フィルム(22)、及びサイドキー回路基板(23)と金属アーチ型フィルム(22)とを一体に包むための回路基板防水リング(21)を含み、前記サイドキー回路基板(23)と前記金属アーチ型フィルム(22)とを一体に包む前記回路基板防水リング(21)は前記端末ケース(1)の側壁に締まりばめする端末サイドキーの防水装置。 - 前記端末ケース(1)と前記端末サイドキー回路基板部材(2)の間に、前記端末サイドキー回路基板部材(2)の位置を限定するためのリミット部材(13)を有する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記端末サイドキー(3)は、サイドキー軟質接着剤(31)とサイドキー硬質接着剤(32)により射出一体成形される請求項1に記載の装置。
- マザーボード位置決め穴(41)とケース位置決め柱(51)によって位置決めされるマザーボード(4)は、前記端末サイドキー回路基板部材(2)の側辺のマザーボード支持辺(42)との接触によって、前記端末サイドキー回路基板部材(2)を支持する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記端末マザーボード(4)と前記端末サイドキー回路基板部材(2)とは、ワイヤ溶接又はフレキシブル回路基板FPC接続の方式によって接続される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記回路基板防水リング(21)は、防水シリコーンリングである請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記金属アーチ型フィルム(22)をフレキシブル印刷回路基板FPCで代替する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 一つ又は複数の請求項1−7のいずれか一項に記載の端末サイドキーの防水装置を含む端末。
- 前記端末は携帯電話である請求項8に記載の端末。
