Abstract

本发明提供一种壳体组件,其包括一壳体、一壳体及一防水件。该壳体开设有一按键孔且内侧环绕按键孔凸起有一圈定位部。该按键包括依次连接的一按压部、一抵持部及一驱动部,其中按压部贯穿上述按键孔后,所述抵持部与壳体内侧相抵顶。该防水件开设有与定位部相互卡合且密封固定的定位槽。本发明的壳体组件容易组装、成本低廉且按键位置不容易流进水滴,进而能够满足防水等级的需求。

具有按键的壳体组件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子装置的壳体组件,具体涉及一种具有按键且在按键位置能够防水的壳体组件。
背景技术
便携式电子装置,如手机等,包括有本体和盖设于本体上的壳体,用于保护本体上的电子元件。壳体上的侧端位置通常设有按键(简称按键),用于供用户按压后启动电子装置本身。现有市场上的按键大多采用两端热熔或卡扣连接等方式固定至壳体上。
若采用热熔固定,热熔后产品的良率不高且按压手感(key feeling)不好。若采用卡扣固定时,成型按键和壳体的模具则需要在对应位置处增加滑块,如此便提高模具成本。同时,上述壳体的按键位置容易流进水滴,因此无法满足防水等级的需求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有按键的壳体组件,其能够解决上述现有壳体组件的不足。
本发明提供一种壳体组件,其包括一壳体、一壳体及一防水件。该壳体开设有一按键孔且内侧环绕按键孔凸起有一圈定位部。该按键包括依次连接的一按压部、一抵持部及一驱动部,其中按压部贯穿上述按键孔后,所述抵持部与壳体内侧相抵顶。该防水件开设有与定位部相互卡合且密封固定的定位槽。
本发明的壳体组件容易组装、成本低廉且按键位置不容易流进水滴,进而能够满足防水等级的需求。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
参考图1和图2,所述壳体组件1包括一壳体10、一按键20及一防水件30。所述壳体10包括一方形底板11及凸起于底板11上的一侧板12,其中该侧板12上开设有一按键孔13,其内表面环绕该按键孔13形成一圈定位部14(图4可见)。
一并参考图3和图4,所述按键20包括依次连接的一按压部21、一抵持部22及一驱动部23,其中按压部21自上述按键孔13内凸出。所述驱动部23大致长方体形状且尺寸小于上述抵持部22的尺寸。
所述防水件30包括朝向壳体10内表面的第一端面31及背对第一端面31的第二端面32。所述第一端面31上开设有与上述定位部14相互卡合固定的定位槽33。在本实施方式当中,所述定位部14和定位槽33的截面大致呈方形且所述定位部14过盈装配于定位槽33内。所述第二端面32上开设有一凹槽34且凹槽34内凸起一传动部35。所述传动部35的形状与上述驱动部23的形状相似。所述防水件30对应按键20的驱动部23位置具有伸缩性。在本实施方式当中,所述防水件30为具有弹性的橡胶制作。
参考图5,装配时,将所述按键20的按压部21穿过壳体10的按键孔13内,同时将防水件30的定位槽33过盈配合至壳体10的定位部14上。用户按压按压部21时,所述防水件30受到驱动部23的推动而变形,进而使得传动部35向远离按键20运动,从而能触发安装于壳体组件1的按键开关(图中未示)。本发明的壳体组件1容易组装、成本低廉且按键20位置不容易流进水滴,进而能够满足防水等级的需求。
尽管对本发明的优选实施方式进行了说明和描述,但是本领域的技术人员将领悟到,可以作出各种不同的变化和改进,这些都不超出本发明的真正范围。因此期望,本发明并不局限于所公开的作为实现本发明所设想的最佳模式的具体实施方式,本发明包括的所有实施方式都有所附权利要求书的保护范围内。

Claims (7)

1.一种壳体组件,其包括:
一壳体,其开设有一按键孔且内侧环绕按键孔凸起有一圈定位部;
一按键,包括依次连接的一按压部、一抵持部及一驱动部,其中按压部贯穿上述按键孔后,所述抵持部与壳体内侧相抵顶;及
一防水件,其开设有与定位部相互卡合且密封固定的定位槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于:所述壳体包括一方形底板及凸起于底板侧端的一侧板,所述按键孔开设于该侧板上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于:所述定位部和定位槽的截面对应为方形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于:所述壳体的定位部与防水件的定位槽为过盈配合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于:所述防水件对应上述驱动部位置具有伸缩性。
6.根据权利要求5所述的壳体组件,其特征在于:所述防水件为具有弹性的橡胶材料制作。
7.根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于:所述防水件背对按键的端面开设有一凹槽,其中该凹槽底部对应上述驱动部位置凸起一传动部。
