釆用以上结构形式的手机各自都存在一定缺陷: 方案 1的结构方式, 涉 及工艺复杂, 模具成本较高, 目前一般只在高端手机中才釆用这种方案, 不 具备在各种档次防水手机中应用的前景。 方案 2的结构方式, 由于是要将侧 键以软胶形式和外壳的塑胶利用双色注塑技术注塑在一起, 对于侧键材料选 择和外观处理有着很大的局限性, 而侧键软胶部分其硬度对于侧键手感影响 很大, 且釆用软胶作为侧键, 如遇到尖锐物体的穿刺带来的维修, 需要将整 个结构件完全更换, 维修成本很高。 方案 3的结构方式, 虽然具备灵活的更 换性和良好的外观处理能力, 但是所需设计空间很大、 不便于生产组装, 则 不顺应防水小型化的趋势。
因此, 在相关技术中, 存在对终端的防水存在成本、 防水性能以及小型 化不能兼顾的问题。 发明内容

针对相关技术中的上述问题, 在本实施例中提供了一种新式的手机侧键 及电路板防水结构, 不仅可以实现侧键类部件的小型化防水, 而且可以提供 可靠的高等级防水保证。 以终端为手机为例, 该防水结构包括: 手机外壳结 构,手机侧键结构,手机侧键电路板部件(包括电路板、金属拱形薄膜或 FPC 式侧键开关、 防水硅胶圈) , 手机主板。 手机的侧键先组装于手机外壳上, 再将手机侧键电路板部件组装于手机外壳, 最终将手机主板组装, 这一过程 为常规手机生产组装过程, 但由于本发明所涉及到的防水设计, 则已使得釆 用本方案的手机侧键具备了防水特质。
上述方案中, 当侧键组装到外壳后, 可通过侧键的摇摆按动侧键电路板 上的金属拱形薄膜或 FPC式侧键开关, 将用户动作传导在侧键开关上, 使得 侧键功能生效。 (因金属拱形薄膜与挠性印刷电路板 ( Flexible Printed Circuit Board,简称为 FPC )式侧键开关其功能均为将按键的按压功能变为手机信号, 以下以金属拱形薄膜为例进行说明) 。
利用电路板部件中的防水硅胶圈与外壳的密封作用, 给手机提供了高等 级且可靠的防水保障。 另外, 将主板组装到外壳后, 给予侧键电路板内侧以 支撑作用, 这样既能够保证侧键按压过程中侧键电路板不会出现移位而造成 的手感差异, 并使得侧键电路板部件始终固定确保了频繁按动侧键也不影响 侧键防水性。
通过上述实施例及优选实施方式, 顺应防水小型化的发展趋势, 能够提 供很高的防水等级和可靠性, 便于生产组装。
下面结合上述附图对本发明的组装进行说明。
图 4是根据本发明的防水装置的组装外观示意图, 如图 4所示, 釆用独 立侧键形式组装于壳体, 这样侧键键帽可以实现丰富的外观处理。
图 5是才艮据本发明的防水装置的部件分解示意图, 如图 5所示, 该防水 装置可以分解为四部分组成: 壳体(1 ) (同上述终端外壳 (1 ) ) , 侧键电 路板部件(2) (同上述终端侧键电路板部件(2) ) , 侧键(3) (同上述终 端侧键(3) ) , 主板(4) (同上述终端主板(4) ) 。
图 6是根据本发明的防水装置的侧键电路板部件(2)的结构示意图, 如 图 6所示,该侧键电路板部件( 2 )可以包括三个部分:侧键电路板防水圈( 21 ), 金属拱形薄膜(22) , 侧键电路板 (23) 。 其组装顺序为: 先将金属拱形薄 膜(22) 粘贴于侧键电路板(23)上, 然后将侧键电路板防水圈 (21 )套在 金属拱形薄膜(22)和侧键电路板 (23) 已经组装好的半成品, 完成侧键电 路板部件的装配。
先将侧键( 3 )装到壳体( 11 )上侧键开孔处, 图 7是根据本发明的将侧 健(3)安装到壳体(11 )上侧键开孔处后的示意图。
图 8是根据本发明的安装有侧健(3) , 以及侧键电路板部件(2)后的 示意图, 如图 8所示, 可以釆用这样的安装顺序, 将如图 4示意的组装好的 侧键电路板部件(2) , 塞入壳体侧键电路板防水侧壁(12) , 如本图右上角 放大示意, 侧键电路板防水圈 (21 )和壳体侧键电路板防水侧壁 (12) 的过 盈实现电路板的周圈防水, 随着侧键电路板部件(2)组装方向, 只要碰到壳 体(13)对侧键电路板部件(2)的限位结构, 则表明组装到位完成对侧键电 路板部件(2)的组装。 侧键由侧键软胶 (31 )和侧键硬胶(32)利用双色注 塑工艺一体成型, 当按动侧键硬胶(32) , 则侧键软胶 (31 )就会压动金属 拱形薄膜(22)使得动作生效;
图 9是根据本发明的安装有侧健(3) , 侧键电路板部件(2) , 以及主 板(4)后的示意图, 如图 9所示, 将主板(4)组装到壳体(1 )上, 借助主 板定位孔(41 ) 结构和壳体定位柱( 11 )结构, 对主板(4)在壳体( 1 ) 内 的位置做限定,这样当主板(4)固定好之后,可以通过在侧键电路板部件(2) 内侧的主板支撑边(42) , 将侧键电路板部件(2) 良好固定。 这样即便有对 侧键 ( 3 )的频繁按动, 由于有了壳体( 13 )对侧键电路板的限位结构, 以及 主板支撑边(42)的支撑作用, 侧键电路板 (2)始终处于设计位置, 从而保 证了良好的手感和一致性。 显示的主板(4)和侧键电路板 (23) , 可以通过 电线焊接或者柔性电路板(FPC) 方案连接起来(但不仅限于此两种电气连 接方式) , 使得对侧键的按动可以将电气信号传递到主板产生作用。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明实施例达到了成本低, 防水等级高, 以及组装简化的效果。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1.一种终端侧键防水装置, 包括: 侧壁孔填充有终端侧键(3)的终端外 壳 (1 ) 以及连接终端主板(4) 的终端侧键电路板部件(2) , 其中,
所述终端侧键电路板部件(2) 包括: 侧键电路板(23) 、 与所述侧键电 路板固定连接的金属拱形薄膜(22) 、 以及用于包裹侧键电路板 (23)和金 属拱形薄膜(22) 于一体的电路板防水圈 (21 ) , 其中, 包裹着所述侧键电 路板(23)和所述金属拱形薄膜(22) 于一体的所述电路板防水圈 (21 )与 所述终端外壳 (1 ) 的侧壁过盈结合。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的装置, 其中, 在所述终端外壳 ( 1 )与所述终端 侧键电路板部件 (2)之间有一个用于对所述终端侧键电路板部件(2) 的位 置进行限定的限位部件(13) 。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的装置,其中,所述终端侧键(3 )由侧键软胶(31 ) 和侧键硬胶(32) 注塑一体成型。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的装置, 其中, 通过主板定位孔(41 )和壳体定 位柱 ( 1 )定位的主板 ( 4 )通过与所述终端侧键电路板部件 ( 2 )侧边的主板 支撑边(42) 的接触对所述终端侧键电路板部件(2)进行支撑。
5.根据权利要求 1所述的装置, 其中, 所述终端主板(4)与所述终端侧 键电路板部件(2)通过电线焊接或者挠性电路板 FPC连接的方式进行连接。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的装置, 其中, 所述电路板防水圈 (21 )为防水 硅胶圈。
7.根据权利要求 1所述的装置, 其中, 所述金属拱形薄膜(22)釆用挠 性印刷电路板 FPC替代。
8.—种终端, 包括一个或多个如权利要求 1-7任一项所述的终端侧键防 水装置。
9.根据权利要求 8所述的终端, 其中, 所述终端为手机。
