Description
Claims (15)
- 第1部分に沿って楕円形断面と第2部分に沿って非楕円形断面とを持つワイヤを有するステントを備える埋植式器具であって、
前記ワイヤが1つ又は複数のコイルを形成し、各コイルは直線的区分によって相互接続された一連の頂点エリアを持つ波形パターンを有し、
前記非楕円形断面が、ステントの隣接するコイルの一連の頂点エリアのいずれかの他の頂点エリアに当接していない一連の頂点エリアの各頂点エリアを持つ波形パターンの一連の頂点エリアの各頂点エリアに位置しており、
前記一連の頂点エリアは、1つ又は複数のコイルの少なくとも1周にわたって伸びており、そして
前記波形パターンの一連の頂点エリアの前記頂点エリアに隣接して位置しているワイヤの各直線的区分が、楕円形断面を含むことを特徴とする、埋植式器具。 - 前記楕円形断面が円形であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の埋植式器具。
- 前記非楕円形断面が長方形であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の埋植式器具。
- 前記非楕円形断面が第1部分の断面の平坦化形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の埋植式器具。
- 前記第2部分がグラフト材料に取り付けられているか、あるいは、前記第1部分がグラフト材料に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の埋植式器具。
- 前記第2部分が開口を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の埋植式器具。
- さらに前記第2部分を有するコイルに隣接するコイルの第3部分を備え、前記第3部分が非楕円形断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の埋植式器具。
- 埋植式器具が潰れ状態のとき、前記第3部分が前記第2部分と接触しているか、あるいは前記第3部分が前記第2部分に隣接し、かつこれに重なっていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の埋植式器具。
- グラフトを含み、前記ステント及びグラフトの少なくとも一方が生理活性剤でコーティングされていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の埋植式器具。
- ステントを形成する方法であって、
楕円形断面を有するワイヤを供給するステップと、
非楕円形断面を形成するように前記ワイヤの第1部分を変化させるステップと、
前記ワイヤを直線的区分によって相互接続された一連の頂点エリアを持つ波形パターンを含む1つ又は複数のコイルに形成させることによって、前記ワイヤを管状形ステントに形成するステップと、を含み、
ここで、前記非楕円形断面が、管状形ステントの隣接するコイルのいずれかの他の頂点エリアに当接していない各頂点エリアを持つ波形パターンの一連の頂点エリアの各頂点エリアに位置しており、
一連の頂点エリアのそれぞれが、前記管状形ステントの隣接するコイルの一連の頂点エリアのいずれかの他の頂点エリアと末端間で当接しておらず、
前記一連の頂点エリアは、1つ又は複数のコイルの少なくとも1周にわたって伸びており、そして
前記波形パターンの一連の頂点エリアの前記頂点エリアに隣接して配置されたワイヤの各直線的区分が、楕円形断面を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記楕円形断面が円形であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記非楕円形断面が長方形であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記非楕円形断面が第1部分の断面の平坦化形状であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- さらにグラフト材料を前記非楕円形断面に取り付けるステップを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- さらに前記非楕円形断面に開口を形成するステップを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
