Claims (23)
- オレフィンの異性化方法であって、
反応域において、少なくとも1種のC4−C7オレフィン含有原料を、上記オレフィンに二重結合位置異性化活性を示す触媒と接触させて、オレフィン異性化生成物を得る工程を含み、
上記触媒は、表面積が200m2/gを超えるγ−アルミナ・チタニア触媒を含み、
上記接触は、オレフィン含有原料に含まれる含酸素化合物、そこで生成された含酸素化合物、またはその両方の存在下で行われ、
含酸素化合物の濃度が100ppm〜1000ppmであり、
上記触媒は、100ppm〜1000ppmの濃度の含酸素化合物による被毒に対して耐性を示す、
方法。 - 上記触媒は、チタニアを0.01wt%〜50wt%含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記触媒は、チタニアを10wt%〜40wt%含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記触媒は、更に、アルコールの脱水によりオレフィンを生成する活性も有する、請求項1に記載の方法。

上記オレフィン異性化生成物を含有する流出物を回収する出口とを備え、
上記オレフィン含有炭化水素原料は含酸素化合物の存在下で供給され、
含酸素化合物の濃度が100ppm〜1000ppmであり、
上記触媒は、100ppm〜1000ppmの濃度の含酸素化合物による被毒に対して耐性を示す、
システム。 - 上記触媒は、チタニアを0.01wt%〜50wt%含有する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 上記触媒は、チタニアを10wt%〜40wt%含有する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 上記触媒は、更に、アルコールの脱水によりオレフィンを生成する活性も有する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 上記反応域は、更に、上記γ−アルミナ・チタニア触媒を含む上記少なくとも1つの触媒床の下流側に、塩基性金属酸化物異性化触媒を含む少なくとも1つの触媒床を有する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 上記反応域は、更に、メタセシス触媒を含む、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 上記メタセシス触媒は、上記γ−アルミナ・チタニア触媒を含む上記触媒床の下流側の触媒床に含まれる、請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 上記メタセシス触媒は、上記γ−アルミナ・チタニア触媒又は塩基性金属酸化物異性化触媒と混合される、請求項18に記載のシステム。
- オレフィンの異性化方法であって、
反応域において、少なくとも1種のC4−C7オレフィン含有原料を、上記オレフィンに二重結合位置異性化活性を示す触媒と接触させて、オレフィン異性化生成物を得る工程を含み、
上記触媒は、チタニアを10wt%〜40wt%含有する、表面積が350m 2 /gを超えるγ−アルミナ・チタニア触媒を含み、
上記接触は、オレフィン含有原料に含まれる含酸素化合物、そこで生成された含酸素化合物、またはその両方の存在下で行われ、
含酸素化合物の濃度が100ppm〜1000ppmであり、
上記触媒は、100ppm〜1000ppmの濃度の含酸素化合物による被毒に対して耐性を示す、

含酸素化合物の濃度が100ppm〜1000ppmであり、
100ppm〜1000ppmの濃度の含酸素化合物による被毒に対して耐性を示す、
触媒。 - オレフィンを製造するシステムであって、
