Description
つまり、気流はUターンする流れとなり、気流に含まれている塵埃は下方向に遠心力を受ける。これにより、気流に含まれる塵埃の一部は、第2の風路部へ流れずに、遠心力と重力が同時に作用することにより、塵埃回収箱7内の底部や隅等に堆積し易くなる。
図1に示すように、1は、両側方に気流吸込部2、上方に気流吹出部3を有する箱状の本体ケースである。

Claims (2)
- 気流吸込部、および気流吹出部を有する本体ケースと、この本体ケースに設けられ、前記気流吸込部から前記本体ケース内に吸い込んだ気流を、前記気流吹出部から前記本体ケース外に排出するファンと、このファンによって前記気流吸込部を介して前記本体ケース内に吸い込まれた気流を旋回させ、この吸い込み気流中に含まれる塵埃を分離する塵埃旋回分離手段とを備え、前記塵埃旋回分離手段は、塵埃回収箱に、複数の旋回ユニットを、各旋回ユニットの旋回壁に設けた塵埃排出口に連結し、前記塵埃回収箱内には、循環風路を備え、複数の前記塵埃排出口から前記循環風路に対して同一方向に吹き出す集塵装置において、前記循環風路は、それぞれが上下方向に伸ばされた前記塵埃排出口が連通する第1の風路部と、第2の風路部により構成し、前記第1の風路部と前記第2の風路部との上端どうし、および下端どうしを連通するとともに、前記塵埃排出口から前記第1の風路部に対して斜め下方へ吹き出すことを特徴とする集塵装置。
- 前記第2の風路部の水平断面積は、前記第1の風路部の水平断面積より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の集塵装置。
