JIS K2510:1998に準拠して測定し、結果が”さびなし”を「良好」とし、”さびあり”を「不良」とした。
ASTM D4172(2010)に準拠し、回転数1200rpm、荷重30kgf、試験時間1hrにて、室温(油温)における鋼球の摩耗痕径[mm]を測定することにより評価した。
JIS K2520:2000の抗乳化性試験方法に準拠して測定した。
Claims (5)
- 潤滑油組成物全量基準で、潤滑油基油を98質量%以上含有し、金属元素の含有量が0.1質量%以下であり、リン元素の含有量と硫黄元素の含有量との合計が0.1質量%以下であり、窒素元素の含有量が0.1質量%以下である潤滑油組成物において、
前記潤滑油基油が合成系炭化水素油であり、
前記潤滑油基油の40℃における動粘度が30〜350mm2/sであり、
前記潤滑油組成物が、ザルコシン酸誘導体及び酸性リン酸エステルアミン塩から選ばれる少なくとも1種と、アミン系酸化防止剤と、ベンゾトリアゾール系化合物と、を更に含有する、潤滑油組成物。 - 前記アミン系酸化防止剤が、アルキル化フェニル−α−ナフチルアミン及びアルキル化ジフェニルアミンを含有する、請求項1に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 前記アルキル化フェニル−α−ナフチルアミンが炭素数6〜20のアルキル基を有する、請求項2に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 前記合成系炭化水素油がポリα−オレフィンを含有し、
該ポリα−オレフィンは、FD−MASS分析において下記式(1)で表される条件を満たすフラグメントピークを与える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑油組成物。
