Claims (5)
- ホルダ組立体であって、
開孔、および該開孔と位置合わせされる陥凹を有する筐体と、
該筐体内に挿入成形される第1の端子であって、前記陥凹内に延在する第1の接触部を有する、第1の端子と、
前記筐体内に挿入成形される第2の端子であって、前記陥凹内に延在する第2の接触部を有する、第2の端子と、
前記筐体から延在する絶縁カバーを有する第1の導体であって、前記第1の端子が前記第1の導体に電気的に接続される、第1の導体と、
前記筐体から延在する絶縁カバーを有する第2の導体であって、前記第2の端子が前記第2の導体に電気的に接続される、第2の導体と、
前記陥凹内に挿入されるLEDモジュールと、を備え、
該LEDモジュールが、前記筐体と締り嵌めされるように構成される基部と、前記端子上に提供される接触部と係合するように構成されるパッドとを含み、
前記筐体が前記陥凹内に位置付けられる突出部を含み、前記基部が前記陥凹内に挿入されるときに、前記基部および陥凹が前記突出部を偏向させるように構成され、
前記LEDモジュールが前記陥凹内に完全に挿入されたときに、前記端子が0.5mm未満偏向するように構成される、ホルダ組立体。 - 前記筐体が前記陥凹内に延在する突出部を含む、請求項1に記載のホルダ組立体。
- 前記第1の端子および第2の端子が同一であり、前記第1の端子が第1の向きにあり、前記第2の端子が第2の向きにあり、前記第1の向きが前記第2の向きから180度である、請求項2に記載のホルダ組立体。
- ホルダ組立体であって、
開孔、および該開孔と位置合わせされる陥凹を有する筐体であって、該筐体がチャネルおよび側面開口部をさらに含み、前記陥凹が前記チャネルを介して前記側面開口部と連通する、筐体と、
前記側面開口部内に位置付けられるプラグと、
該プラグ内に挿入成形される第1の端子であって、前記チャネル内に延在する第1の接触部を有する、第1の端子と、
前記プラグ内に挿入成形される第2の端子であって、前記チャネル内に延在する第1の接触部を有する、第2の端子と、
前記プラグから延在する絶縁カバーを有する第1の導体であって、前記第1の端子が前記第1の導体に電気的に接続される、第1の導体と、
前記プラグから延在する絶縁カバーを有する第2の導体であって、前記第2の端子が前記第2の導体に電気的に接続される、第2の導体と、を備え、
前記陥凹が少なくとも1つの突出部を含み、該突出部が締り嵌めでLEDモジュールの基部と係合するように構成され、
前記端子が、前記陥凹内に完全に挿入される対応するLEDモジュールのパッドと嵌合されるときに、0.5mm未満偏向するように構成される、ホルダ組立体。 - 前記端子が前記導体に圧着される、請求項4に記載のホルダ組立体。
