b)前記外管及び前記内側ロッドの前記近位端に対し操作可能に連結されている作動装置と、

i)前記外管の前記遠位端に係合するように適応された第1の戻り止め嵌合機構を備える外部ケーシングと、
ii)前記外部ケーシングに対して軸方向に移動可能な内側シャトルであって、前記内側ロッドの前記遠位端に係合するように適応された第2の戻り止め嵌合機構を備える、前記シャトルと、
iii)前記シャトル及びケーシングの相対的な軸方向位置に左右される開放位置と閉鎖位置とを有する一対の外科用ジョーと、
を具備してなる、前記エンドエフェクタと、
d)前記エンドエフェクタを受容するように寸法決めされたチューブ状ローダーであって、前記エンドエフェクタに係合すべく適応された第3の戻り止め嵌合機構を備える、前記チューブ状ローダーと、
を具備する、外科装置。
(2) 前記第1、第2、及び第3の戻り止め嵌合機構が、それぞれ、閾値離脱力F1、F2、及びF3を有し、これらは、以下の相対的な大きさ、
F1<F3<F2
のものである、実施態様1に記載の外科装置。
(3) 前記第1の戻り止め嵌合機構が、前記外管上の切欠き部に係合するように適応された前記外部ケーシング上の板バネを具備する、実施態様1に記載の外科装置。
(4) 前記第3の戻り止め嵌合機構が、前記外部ケーシング上の切欠き部に係合するように適応された前記チューブ状ローダー上の板バネを具備する、実施態様1に記載の外科装置。
(5) 前記第2の戻り止め嵌合機構が近位に配向された一対の突起を具備し、前記突起がそれぞれ、前記内側ロッド上の切欠き部に係合するように適応された内側に配向された歯を有する、実施態様1に記載の外科装置。
(7) 前記外管に対し操作可能に連結されて、前記傾斜面を遠位に前進させる推進器を更に具備する、実施態様6に記載の外科装置。
(8) 前記外管が前記推進器にピンで連結され、かつ前記ピンがL形のスロット内に嵌入する、実施態様7に記載の外科装置。
(9) a)外管と前記外管内に位置付けられている内側ロッドとを具備する細長シャフトであって、前記外管及び前記内側ロッドの各々が遠位端と近位端とを備える、前記細長シャフトと、
b)前記外管及び前記内側ロッドの前記近位端に対し操作可能に連結されている作動装置と、
c)前記細長シャフトに対して生体内で着脱されるように適応されているエンドエフェクタであって、
i)前記外管の前記遠位端に係合するように適応された第1の嵌合機構を備える外部ケーシングと、
ii)前記外部ケーシングに対して軸方向に移動可能な内側シャトルであって、前記内側ロッドの前記遠位端に係合するように適応された第2の嵌合機構を備える、前記シャトルと、
iii)前記シャトル及び前記ケーシングの相対的な軸方向位置に左右される開放位置と閉鎖位置とを有する一対の外科用ジョーと、
を具備してなる、前記エンドエフェクタと、を含む、外科装置であって、
前記第2の嵌合機構が近位に配向された一対の突起を具備し、各々の突起が前記内側ロッド上の切欠き部に係合するように適応された内側に配向された歯を有しており、かつ
前記外管の前記遠位端が、傾斜面を備え、前記傾斜面が、前記突起に係合して前記突起を横に延展させ、それにより、前記内側ロッド上の前記切欠き部から前記歯を係脱させるように適応されている、外科装置。
(10) 前記第1の嵌合機構が戻り止め機構を備える、実施態様9に記載の外科装置。
b)前記外管及び前記内側ロッドの前記近位端に対し操作可能に連結されている作動装置と、
c)前記細長シャフトに対して生体内で着脱されるように適応されているエンドエフェクタであって、
i)外部ケーシング、及び前記外部ケーシングを前記外管に取り付ける手段と、
ii)前記外部ケーシングに対して軸方向に移動可能な内側シャトル、及び前記シャトルを前記内側ロッドに取り付ける手段と、
iii)前記シャトル及び前記ケーシングの相対的な軸方向位置に左右される開放位置と閉鎖位置とを有する一対の外科用ジョーと、
を具備してなる、前記エンドエフェクタと、
d)前記エンドエフェクタを受容するように寸法決めされたチューブ状ローダー、及び前記エンドエフェクタを前記チューブ状ローダー内に取り付ける手段と、
を具備する、外科装置。
Claims (9)
- a)外管と前記外管内に位置付けられている内側ロッドとを具備する細長シャフトであって、前記外管及び前記内側ロッドの各々が遠位端と近位端とを備える、前記細長シャフトと、
b)前記外管及び前記内側ロッドの前記近位端に対し操作可能に連結されている作動装置と、
c)前記細長シャフトに対して生体内で着脱されるように適応されているエンドエフェクタであって、
i)前記外管の前記遠位端に係合するように適応された第1の戻り止め嵌合機構を備える外部ケーシングと、
ii)前記外部ケーシングに対して軸方向に移動可能な内側シャトルであって、前記内側ロッドの前記遠位端に係合するように適応された第2の戻り止め嵌合機構を備える、前記シャトルと、
iii)前記シャトル及びケーシングの相対的な軸方向位置に左右される開放位置と閉鎖位置とを有する一対の外科用ジョーと、
を具備してなる、前記エンドエフェクタと、
d)前記エンドエフェクタを受容するように寸法決めされたチューブ状ローダーであって、前記エンドエフェクタに係合すべく適応された第3の戻り止め嵌合機構を備える、前記チューブ状ローダーと、
を具備し、
前記第2の戻り止め嵌合機構が近位に配向された一対の突起を具備し、前記突起がそれぞれ、前記内側ロッド上の切欠き部に係合するように適応された内側に配向された歯を有し、
前記外管の前記遠位端が、傾斜面を備え、前記傾斜面が、前記突起に係合して前記突起を横に延展させ、それにより、前記内側ロッド上の前記切欠き部から前記歯を係脱させるように適応されている、外科装置。 - 前記第1、第2、及び第3の戻り止め嵌合機構が、それぞれ、閾値離脱力F1、F2、及びF3を有し、これらは、以下の相対的な大きさ、

を具備してなる、前記エンドエフェクタと、
d)前記エンドエフェクタを受容するように寸法決めされたチューブ状ローダーであって、前記エンドエフェクタに係合すべく適応された第3の戻り止め嵌合機構を備える、前記チューブ状ローダーと、
を具備し、
前記第1、第2、及び第3の戻り止め嵌合機構が、それぞれ、閾値離脱力F 1 、F 2 、及びF 3 を有し、これらは、以下の相対的な大きさ、

- 前記第2の戻り止め嵌合機構が近位に配向された一対の突起を具備し、前記突起がそれぞれ、前記内側ロッド上の切欠き部に係合するように適応された内側に配向された歯を有する、請求項3に記載の外科装置。
- 前記外管の前記遠位端が、傾斜面を備え、前記傾斜面が、前記突起に係合して前記突起を横に延展させ、それにより、前記内側ロッド上の前記切欠き部から前記歯を係脱させるように適応されている、請求項6に記載の外科装置。
- 前記外管に対し操作可能に連結されて、前記傾斜面を遠位に前進させる推進器を更に具備する、請求項1または7に記載の外科装置。
