Description
以下の組成から、新たな塊が調製され、コアレス粒状体の粒状材料がビルドアップ凝集によって製造された。空気連行剤は、消石灰と共にスラリーに加えられた。全塊に対する新たな塊の水分量は、33wt%だった。
Claims (30)
- 熱工程のオフガスからSOxおよび/またはHClおよび/またはHFを含む有害ガスを吸収するためのビルドアップ凝集された多孔質粒状体(1;8)で形成された粒状吸着材料であって、
前記粒状体(1;8)は、乾燥質量に基づいて、Ca(OH)2および/またはCaCO3の80重量%または95重量%より大きい量を含み、
前記粒状体(1;8)は、見掛け密度ピクノメーターによって測定される0.5〜1.2kg/dm3の乾燥見掛け密度ρを有することを特徴とする粒状吸着材料。 - 前記粒状体(1;8)は、0.7〜1.1kg/dm3の前記乾燥見掛け密度ρを有する請求項1に記載の粒状吸着材料。
- 前記粒状体(1;8)は、見掛け密度ピクノメーターによって測定される乾燥見掛け密度ρと、ヘリウムピクノメーターで測定される比重ρ0とから測定される45〜73vol%の多孔率を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の粒状吸着材料。
- 前記粒状体(1;8)は、55〜65vol%の前記多孔率を有する請求項3に記載の粒状吸着材料。
- 前記粒状体(1;8)は、ともに凝集される1次粒子(3)を含み、
前記1次粒子(3)は、250μm以下または90μm以下の粒径を有する請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の粒状吸着材料。 - 前記粒状体(1;8)は、前記粒状吸着材料の製造中、多孔性剤によって製造される細孔(7)を有する開放気孔システム(4)を有し、
前記粒状吸着材料の前記製造中、前記多孔性剤によって製造される前記細孔(7)は、前記1次粒子(3)の間に位置している請求項5に記載の粒状吸着材料。 - 前記開放気孔システム(4)は、相互連結された空気孔(5)からなり、
前記空気孔(5)の一部は、前記多孔性剤によって製造された前記細孔(7)である請求項6に記載の粒状吸着材料。 - 前記空気孔(5;7)は、前記粒状体(1)の粒子外表面(6)上の開口に現れ、
前記開放気孔システム(4)は、前記空気孔(5;7)を介して、周囲と連通している請求項6または7に記載の粒状吸着材料。 - 前記粒状体(1;8)は、ともに凝集される前記1次粒子(3)のクラスター(2)を有し、
前記開放気孔システム(4)は、前記クラスター(2)を互いに貫通させ合う請求項6ないし8のいずれかに記載の粒状吸着材料。 - 前記粒状体(1;8)は、前記粒状体(1;8)の全固形容量に対して、Ca(OH)2および/またはCaCO3の95wt%以上の量を含む請求項6ないし9のいずれかに記載の粒状吸着材料。
- 前記粒状体(1;8)は、前記粒状体(1;8)の全固形容量に対して、80wt%より大きい、または、95wt%より大きい量の消石灰および/または粉末石灰石および/または沈降炭酸カルシウムおよび/またはチョークを有する請求項6ないし10のいずれかに記載の粒状吸着材料。
- 前記多孔性剤によって製造された前記細孔(7)は、ほぼ球形状またはチューブ状である請求項6ないし11のいずれかに記載の粒状吸着材料。
- 前記粒状吸着材料は、DIN EN459−2によって測定される0.5〜10wt%の水分量を有する請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載の粒状吸着材料。
- 前記粒状体(1;8)は、ヘリウムピクノメーターで測定される、2.0〜2.8kg/dm3、2.0〜2.4kg/dm3、または、2.1〜2.3kg/dm3の比重ρ0を有する請求項1ないし13のいずれかに記載の粒状吸着材料。
- 前記粒状吸着材料は、BETによって測定される、10〜60m2/gまたは20〜45m2/gの比表面積を有する請求項1ないし14のいずれかに記載の粒状吸着材料。
- 前記粒状吸着材料は、1〜20mm、2〜10mm、または、2〜6mmの粒度分布を有する請求項1ないし15のいずれかに記載の粒状吸着材料。
- 前記粒状体(1)の少なくともいくつかは、コアレスである請求項1ないし16のいずれかに記載の粒状吸着材料。
- 前記粒状体(8)の少なくともいくつかは、多層化され、母粒子(9)と、当該母粒子(9)を包み込む一つ以上の凝集層(10)とを有する請求項1ないし17のいずれかに記載の粒状吸着材料。
- 少なくとも前記母粒子(9)および/または前記一つの凝集層(10)は、多孔性剤によって製造された細孔(7)を有する請求項18に記載の粒状吸着材料。
- ビルドアップ凝集によって、請求項5ないし19のいずれかに記載の粒状吸着材料を製造する方法であって、
細孔(7)は、前記凝集前および/または前記凝集中、多孔性剤(7)によって前記粒状体(1;8)に導入され、
前記細孔(7)は、前記1次粒子(3)の間に導入されることを特徴とする粒状吸着材料を製造する方法。 - 前記粒状体(1;8)は、水を含む1または2以上の新たな塊と、Ca(OH)2および/またはCaCO3を含む少なくとも一つの粉末成分とから造粒によって製造され、
前記細孔(7)は、前記造粒に先立って、前記新たな塊の少なくとも一つに前記多孔性剤によって導入される請求項20に記載の粒状吸着材料を製造する方法。 - 前記細孔(7)は、前記造粒に先立って、前記新たな塊の全てに前記多孔性剤によって導入される請求項20または21に記載の粒状吸着材料を製造する方法。
- 使用される前記多孔性剤は、発泡剤および/または空気連行剤および/または予め調製された発泡体である請求項20ないし22のいずれかに記載の粒状吸着材料を製造する方法。
- 前記発泡剤は、アルミニウムおよび/または酸化亜鉛および/または過酸化水素である請求項23に記載の粒状吸着材料を製造する方法。
- 前記空気連行剤は、コカミドプロピルベタインおよび/またはオレフィンスルホン酸ナトリウムおよび/またはラウリル硫酸ナトリウムである請求項23または24に記載の粒状吸着材料を製造する方法。
- 前記コアレス粒状体(1)は、等質な新たな塊(粉末石灰石および/または消石灰および/または粉末チョークおよび/または沈降炭酸カルシウムおよび/またはドロマイト粉末および/またはドロマイト水和物)と、水と、前記多孔性剤によって製造された前記細孔(5;7)とから前記ビルドアップ凝集によって調製され、少なくとも一つのSOx吸収Ca成分を含み、
前記細孔(5;7)は、前記凝集前および/または前記凝集中、前記多孔性剤によって前記新たな塊に導入される請求項20ないし25のいずれかに記載の粒状吸着材料を製造する方法。 - 前記多層粒状体(5)は、少なくとも一つのSOx吸収Ca成分を含むいくつかの新たな塊(粉末石灰石および/または消石灰および/または粉末チョークおよび/または沈降炭酸カルシウムおよび/またはドロマイト粉末および/またはドロマイト水和物)と、水とから段階的なビルドアップ凝集によって製造され、
等質な新たな塊の少なくとも一つは、前記多孔性剤によって生成された前記細孔(5;7)を含み、
前記細孔(5;7)は、前記凝集前および/または前記凝集中、前記多孔性剤によって前記新たな塊に導入される請求項20ないし26のいずれかに記載の粒状吸着材料を製造する方法。 - 最初に、母粒子(6)が、水を含む第1の混合物から前記ビルドアップ凝集によって製造され、
その後、1または2以上の凝集層が、水を含む他の混合物から前記段階的なビルドアップ凝集によって前記母粒子(6)に適用される請求項27に記載の粒状吸着材料を製造する方法。 - 請求項1ないし19のいずれかに記載の粒状ガス吸収材料の使用、および/または、熱工程のオフガスからSOxおよび/またはHClおよび/またはHFを除去するための請求項20ないし28のいずれかに記載の方法によって調製された粒状ガス吸収材料の使用。
- 前記粒状ガス吸収材料は、固体/オフガス反応器中で使用される請求項29に記載の使用。
