Claims (21)
- 特にサッカー靴向けの靴甲用の材料であって、
a.第1のホイル層と、
b.前記第1のホイル層に少なくとも部分的に積層された布地補強層とを含み、
c.前記布地補強層が、少なくとも3つの軸を有する第1の布地材料を含み、各軸が、前記第1の布地材料内で1組の本質的に平行な糸部分の向きを定め、
前記第1の布地材料が、互いに相互連結された織物状の布地材料の複数の副層を含む、
靴甲用の材料。 - 前記糸部分が、完全な糸を本質的に含む、請求項1に記載の靴甲用の材料。
- 前記布地補強層の前記第1の布地材料が織物状材料である、請求項1または2に記載の靴甲用の材料。
- 前記複数の副層が織り合わされて前記複数の副層が互いに相互連結される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の材料。
- 前記第1の布地材料内の前記糸が、熱硬化性ポリエステル、熱硬化性ポリウレタン、熱可塑性ポリエステル、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、ダイニーマ(Dyneema)(登録商標)、炭素、ケブラー(Kevlar)(登録商標)、アラミド、ポリアミド、ナイロン、バサルト(Basalt)、超高分子量ポリエチレン、ダクロン(Dacron)(登録商標)、テクノーラ(Techora)、トワロン(Twaron)、ナノチューブまたはグラフェンを含むポリマー、液晶ポリマー、ベクトラン(Vectran)、PNO、ザイロン(Zylon)、サラン(Ceran)、スペクトラ(Spectra)、ポリエチレンナフタレート、導電材料という材料の1つまたは複数を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の材料。
- 前記第1の布地材料内の本質的に平行な糸からなる少なくとも1組の前記糸が、1つまたは複数の特性に関して、前記第1の布地材料内の本質的に平行な糸からなる1つまたは複数の残りの組の前記糸とは異なる、請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載の材料。
- 前記1つまたは複数の特性が、色、厚さ、基材、引き裂き強度の1つまたは複数である、請求項6に記載の材料。
- 前記布地補強層が第1の領域および第2の領域を含み、前記第1の領域が前記第1の布地材料を含み、前記第2の領域が第2の布地材料を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の材料。
- 前記第2の布地材料が、少なくとも3つの軸を有する材料であり、各軸が、前記第2の布地材料内で1組の本質的に平行な糸部分の向きを定める、請求項8に記載の材料。
- 前記第1の布地材料内の前記糸が熱可塑性材料を含み、前記第2の布地材料内の前記糸が非熱可塑性材料を含む、請求項8または9に記載の材料。
- 前記第1の布地材料と前記第2の布地材料が、異なる織り方のパターンを含む、請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載の材料。
- 前記第1の布地材料と前記第2の布地材料が、一体部分として提供される、請求項8〜11のいずれか一項に記載の材料。
- 前記第1の布地材料と前記第2の布地材料が、前記布地補強層内で重複および/または噛合する別個の部分として提供される、請求項8〜11のいずれか一項に記載の材料。
- 前記布地補強層および/または前記第1のホイル層に少なくとも部分的に積層された第2のホイル層をさらに含み、前記第2のホイル層が、前記布地補強層のうち、前記第1のホイル層とは反対側に配置される、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の材料。
- 前記第1のホイル層および/または前記第2のホイル層が、複数の副層を含む、請求項14に記載の材料。
- 前記第1のホイル層および/もしくは前記第2のホイル層、ならびに/または前記第1のホイル層および/もしくは第2のホイル層の前記複数の副層の1つもしくは複数が、熱硬化性ポリウレタン、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、ポリエステル、ポリイソシアネート、脂肪族ポリイソシアネート、エチレンプロピレンジエンモノマー、シリコーン、ポリ塩化ビニル、熱可塑性エラストマ、ポリエチレン、ポリラクチド、ポリアミドという材料の1つまたは複数を含む、請求項15に記載の材料。
- 前記布地補強層が開口を含み、前記第1のホイル層と前記第2のホイル層が、前記布地補強層の前記開口を通じて互いに連結される、請求項14〜16のいずれか一項に記載の材料。
- 3次元の形状を有する、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の材料。
- 前記3次元の形状が、前記第1の布地材料および/または前記第2の布地材料の前記糸を少なくとも部分的に加熱することによって得られる、請求項18に記載の材料。
- 請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の材料を含む靴、特にサッカー靴向けの甲。
- 請求項20に記載の甲を含む靴、特にサッカー靴。
