Description
Claims (12)
- ボビンに巻かれる複数巻きの導線から成る少なくとも1つの主巻線と、
前記ボビンの表面に設けられる少なくとも1巻きの導体トレースから成る少なくとも1つの補助巻線とを有する電気部品であって、
複数の電気端子が設けられ、前記電気端子のうちの2つが少なくとも1つの主巻線に接続され、前記電気端子のうちの2つが前記補助巻線に接続され、
前記電気部品が電気絶縁材料で作成されるベースプレートを更に有し、前記ベースプレートが前記ボビンに固定され、
前記電気端子が前記ベースプレートの第1側面に設けられ、
前記ベースプレートの表面に設けられる導体トレースが前記電気端子に電気的に接続され、前記導体トレースが、前記第1側面とは反対側の第2側面まで前記ベースプレートのまわりに延在する電気部品。 - 前記ボビンがプラスチック材料で作成され、
前記導体トレースがMID技術によって前記ボビンの前記表面に設けられる請求項1に記載の電気部品。 - 前記導体トレースが、レーザ・ダイレクト・ストラクチャリング、ツーショット射出成形、又は熱エンボス加工によって、前記ボビンの前記表面に設けられる請求項2に記載の電気部品。
- 前記ボビンが、少なくとも1つのフランジによって軸方向に境界がつけられる巻線区画を少なくとも1つ含み、前記主巻線が前記区画内に巻かれており、
前記導体トレースが、前記フランジに設けられ、前記フランジによって前記主巻線から分離される請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の電気部品。 - 前記ボビンの開口部内に強磁性コアが設けられる請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の電気部品。
- 各々が前記ボビン上の複数巻きの導線から成る少なくとも第1及び第2主巻線を更に有する請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の電気部品。
- 前記第2主巻線の前記導線が、前記第1主巻線の前記導線の巻いてあるもののまわりに巻きつけられ、絶縁体によって前記第1主巻線から分離される請求項6に記載の電気部品。
- 前記補助巻線が少なくとも2巻きの前記導体トレースを有し、
橋絡素子が、絶縁交差を供給する請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の電気部品。 - 少なくとも1つの表面実装部品が、前記ボビンに設けられ、少なくとも1つの導体トレースに電気的に接続される請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の電気部品。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の電気部品と、
動作電力の供給のための電力供給端子を有する少なくとも1つの集積回路素子とを有する電気回路であって、
前記補助巻線が、前記集積回路素子に電力を供給するよう前記電力供給端子に接続される電気回路。 - 少なくとも1つの制御可能なスイッチング素子が、少なくとも1つの主巻線に電気的に接続され、
前記集積回路素子が、前記制御可能なスイッチング素子を制御するよう設けられる請求項10に記載の回路。 - 集積回路素子と、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の電気部品とを有する電気回路を動作させる方法であって、
前記主巻線が時間変化電流で動作され、
前記補助巻線に誘導される電流からの電力が前記集積回路素子に供給される方法。
