Claims (6)
- 母材の補修領域に形成された溝の鉛直下側に当て板が配置されるように、前記母材に前記当て板を固定するステップと、ここで、前記母材は、チタンとアルミニウムとを含有する金属間化合物から形成され、前記金属間化合物は、γ相と、β相と、α2/γラメラ相とを有し、
前記母材の材料と同じ材料の母材粉末を含有するペーストを前記溝に充填するステップと、
前記ペーストが前記溝に充填された後に、前記母材粉末が溶融されるように、前記母材を加熱するステップと
を具備し、
前記ペーストを溝に充填するステップは、
前記母材粉末を含有する母材ペーストを前記溝に塗布するステップと、
前記溝に前記母材ペーストが塗布された後に、チタンと銅とニッケルとを含有する合金と同じ材料のろう材粉末を含有するろう材ペーストを前記溝に塗布するステップと
を備える

前記母材粉末の粒径は、前記ろう材粉末の粒径より大きい
ろう付方法。 - 請求項1又は請求項2において、
前記当て板は、前記母材を形成する材料から形成される
ろう付方法。 - 請求項3において、
前記当て板は、チタンから形成される箔を介して前記母材に固定される
ろう付方法。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項において、
前記補修領域に形成された欠肉部の表面が除去されるように、前記母材に前記溝を形成するステップをさらに具備する
ろう付方法。 - 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項において、
前記母材は、前記溝を含む複数の溝が形成され、前記ペーストを含む複数のペーストが前記複数の溝にそれぞれ充填されているときに、加熱される
